just another boring game that you hit a wall where you can't get further unless you spend money. update: have sent concerns to customer support, was given a flippant, dismissive response. I have been getting pop up ads in the middle of game play. game literally freezes then one of their advertisements pops up. I took screenshots when it started, timestamps were at 2 minute intervals! it's ridiculous.

Don't waste your money. You'll lose half your resources trying to upgrade, there's some kind of glitch when you link your account that half the time the upgrades won't go through And even though they say to go through the portal, it's a waste of time, they make it impossible for you. Upgrade amounts are ridiculous, unless you're playing 24/7 it's almost impossible to play, or unless you pay for the resources. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The game won't load. I'm probably being attacked losing everything. They keep putting posters up at the beginning and when you switch views for you to spend money. Play block the screen so it's harder to play the damn game. Since the economy is bad people aren't buying like they were. As things progressed you will find in order to achieve the next level money is about the only way to go. I am really mad that this game won't load.

Game is pretty fun, gives you short fun quests and let's you build your own village and fleet to conquer and collect from all around the map. The one major downside is like most of these games there is no level cut off. A person with a level 20 village for example and attack a level 5 village. There's nothing the player can do and it's unfair. This issue causes players to quit the game and become uninterested.

The game itself is fun. And if you know how, is truly a free to play game but you will never be on the top without spending some out of pocket. At least not right away. It's a grind. If your shield drops you will be swarmed for your resources. You can get 8 hr shields by playing. A 24 hr costs 1000 gold. But you can get that by watching ads for free. Where this game shines is through growth as a group. There's something about climbing the ranks with your friends since you were all low level lol

So addicting I'm having a lot of fun playing this game. I'll actually stick with it....2 1/2 years later and I'm still playing. Only issue is every time there's an update my game is messed up for 3-4 weeks after, it freezes and crashes within 3 minutes of being logged in. It's very frustrating, I can't do anything that requires no shield for any period of time. Took away 2 stars for it.

Just like some of the other players have stated, I believe some of the higher ranked players have hacked the game. Just like them, as soon as I have enough resources to upgrade, I suddenly have "connection issues ", even though it had been fine the whole day , and when I finally can get back in, my protection shield is down, and I have been attacked and stripped of all resources

This game is fun at first. But once you reach level 26 progression becomes almost non existent and very hard. Every level of your fortress from that point on costs several fortress levels. Example: To get to level 27 at level 26 you need to level up the fortress THREE times. The insane cost of resources is also a major obstacle. At level 26 it costs 8 mil of every resource to level up and it only goes higher from there. It's awful. Plus attacks have no offline warnings. You come back and boom.

A easier way of getting resources would be a tremendous way to make it more fun and less toxic. Also it would be nice to have some help with figuring some stuff out. I constantly find things that I have no idea about. So far the best things that could fix a lot of the problems would be 1: Making resources more easy to get. 2: Guides to help stuff. For example it would've been nice to know ahead of time that you can't use more then one legendary ships in a single attack.

The game itself is great but in order to be competitive, expect to pay a LOT. Otherwise, those that do will raid you as soon as your shield drops and set you back to nothing. If you don't mind starting over every time you're raided, then it's not as bad. The game relies heavily on micro transactions and VIP subscriptions to stay competitive.

Great theme! I love the concept of the puzzle match mini game maybe you should introduce mini raids that occur randomly. The pace of the city building is amazing for the experienced player. Some players may find themselves overwhelmed. The concept of city building is on point with a minor tweak. Some of the art work is just thrown in and game concept develops to quickly for some players to grasp. Overall a good game.

Insulted. This game is only money. No one can win, but the more you spend, the more people you can bully. JoyCity promotes this, as they only want money, game isn't in their vocabulary, except in the sales department. If you want it to be fun, then spend your money. After level 20, the only way to grow is to outspend all the other players. I would like to ad that I started on server 3, and this is not the same game as it was 6 years ago. Thank you JoyShitty for taking the fun out of game.

I really liked this game (enough to spend some on it), but going in to play one day and for some reason I was sent to character create and could not get it to to back out. So I wasted all the time I spent and the money I'd put on it plus I'd started an alliance and had quite a few members, so they lost their the time they'd put in building the clan.

Don't waste your time. New players can never compete with current players. Prices for 'pay to play and try to maybe keep up with the big guys' are grossly overpriced and ridiculous. I still have not found a store package worth spending my hard earned real $$ on, and I've been playing for almost 2 years continuously now. It is fun though and they keep rolling out some new content so at least there is that. BTW, server 30 is dying and many of us on there have committed to not spend any more $$$...

So far, I love this game! only been playing a few weeks,but it is complex, challenging, entertaining, and fun. it is a sizable file, but the graphics are great, the storyline is cool, and it definitely keeps you busy between quests, alliances, monsters, and war. very fun game and you don't have to make purchases to enjoy it fully. *Edit: The update size was ridiculous! & Use Shields, guys complaining of atk, and you won't lose all your stuff.

It's a great game, loving it so far. However, it keeps randomly closing at different points. Sometimes when I go to the map, sometimes on the alliance menu, sometimes when I'm receiving quest rewards. Other than this problem, I'm very pleased with the game. I'll definitely change to 5 stars when this is fixed. Edit: Joycity responded with the typical cookie cutter reply, but the bugs were fixed, so good. But now I get up this morning and it says connection fail, and I know it's not my connection. I tried sending a ticket to support, but they want a member number...... which you have to load the game to get. So the one star remains as long as I can't play, and you won't get the money I would have spent.

This game is ridiculous! There's no real point to it. There's no real tutorial, you have to figure out everything yourself, and getting/keeping resources is stupidly hard! It wouldn't be a big issue if there was an easy, viable way to get them, but there isn't. You can't even get a decent amout by simply going to gather them. It's not worth it, because it takes forever and you hardly get anything! If you drop your shield to attk high level etic/ships, you get attacked and lose them anyway!

The game used to be my great. Now it is full of so many glitches. And I'm almost sure some of the higher ranked players hacked the game. Anytime I have too much resources, I start having log in issues. I have 3 devices and have tried to log in using my wifi, my hotspot, and my phone to log in. They all suddenly have connectivity issues. I've been playing the game all day and then suddenly, there's connectivity issues? BS! It's happened far too many times for it to be an accident.

I've played since the game was released and it was excellent in the beginning. Roughly about a year ago it started getting worse as they added new features (which weren't terrible) and started doing away with some of the free or cheaper ways to grow and have fun. Now its nearly impossible to progress without spending $100s. Download if you enjoy a good moneypit. The game is great aside from the developer's greed. If people find a way to grow without spending, the developers remove that function.

It's a beautiful game in all. I love the graphics, amount of challenge, everything, but I have 1 problem. It's the connectivity, it takes 5 minutes for it to load in, then just completely freezes, and no matter how many times I re-download or restart the game I can't do anything in the game without it crashing. And it started this year bc I've been playing for I think 6 years and only this year did it start crashing. So please try to fix that.
