Description
Been using Poker Trainer – Learn poker for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you get better at poker through different practice drills. Pretty solid if you’re into poker and want to improve your game.
Here’s what you do: there’s 5 training modules covering stuff like preflop strategy, hand reading, odds calculations, and more. And you can either use the preset GTO (game theory optimal) ranges or customize your own. The real-time equity calculations are pretty cool too – helps you get better at hand reading.
Look, if you play a lot of poker, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the progression can get a bit grindy at higher levels – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you wanna step up your poker skills.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Poker Trainer - Learn poker. I've tested a bunch of poker training apps and this one's pretty solid. The variety of drills is great and I like that you can tailor it to your own play style. And the UI looks slick and it runs smoothly even on my older phone. The only downside is that it can get repetitive after a while, but if you mix up the different modes it stays fresh. Overall, it's a great way to practice your poker skills, especially for the price (free!). Definitely recommend it if you're trying to take your game to the next level.
