Reviews for Poly Bridge 2

Dry Cactus hits it out of the park again....... I'm only in the 2nd world, but so far the physics and UI is smooth and intuitive. One improvement I ask for: give us an option to move the little box with the percentage readout when we adjust the hydraulic and spring sliders. Right now they're locked to the right side and so close that my fat fingers cover it up unless I grab the arrow and then move my finger way away from the slider. PLEASE UPDATE SLIDER LOCATIONS! LOVE THIS GAME!!!

beautifully done. I have no complaints whatsoever. I love the physics, art style, amount of levels, everything. I read other reviews, and people are bored. It doesn't include any fast action or quick fake entertainment like a shooter, it's slow paced and calm.

Definately One of the Best game on playstore. The only problem I can think is just that there should be a few more tutorials (like for springs for e.g.), if someone has no idea what they are getting into, figuring out some mechanics of the game can be a bit challenging. Other than that small thing 10/10 game.

Coming from the original Poly Bridge on mobile, Poly Bridge 2 is alot more touch/mobile friendly that the original game. Bigger icons placed it better locations not on the very edges and corner of the screen. And the Pop Up screen to show where you are placing pieces is much much better than in the original game, where your finger blocked much of your view.

A really fun sandbox game. No subscription, no ads, no credits to earn. Just a single payment and you own the game to have endless fun with! It's absolutely great! Now I haven't compared it side to side with the first game but there don't seem to be a ton of improvements. Some extra vehicles probably, S pen support, more challenging levels I think... just saying because maybe for some it's not worth the upgrade.

Stellar fun. A puzzle game that rewards logic. Solve a series of bridge building challenges using limited supplies of materials and mechanisms. Delightful interface takes a little learning and experimentation but is always enjoyable. Very well presented and exceptional value for money. No further purchases after upfront and absolutely a new favourite of mine. Cannot recommend highly enough. Well done.

I've played a few bridge sims and this is my favourite. Gameplay wise the premise is simple, build a bridge and get to the other side. The reality is a deep and complex puzzle game that allows you to set your own challenge based on how much of the build budget you want to spend. You end up with a fantastic game that's both charming and very chilled out, topped off with a user interface that's intuitive and very powerful. 5 stars! 😃

This game is amazing. I get lost in it. The only thing that needs an update is the dev needs to add the leaderboards. On PC you can compare your designs to other people and view leaderboards. I would happily pay another couple bucks in DLC just for the PC port of leaderboards and ability to view other's designs. Please make this a full PC port! Please! It's still 5 out of 5 but please!

Best thing about this game is that it... Stresses your mind to its limits to make you think your way around these problems. Which is frustrating that I know but hey! Think at the bright side! It's like your own personal space free gym in your phone for your brain! Which you can access at any time! . (This is just special message for those who don't charge there phone's) . But there's an slight issue you can't really play this game if your running low on battery dammit!

This game is fun, playing it on mobile just adds more challenge, however, I wish they would add more "realistic" level for the next installment, currently most of the level requires you to fiddle around with tiny adjustment and a massive amount of luck, it's not that fun, dev. I'd rather burn my brain figuring out the best structural design to hold a bridge that fits the budget rather than adjusting the tension between my springs just so the car will bounce at the right angle, it's boring!

When using 3 way split joints it is very difficult to make them work correctly. For exanple i have to try 20-30 times to get 2 and 3 to stay together while 1 breaks off. It is expecially difficult when breaking off from a static joint. I can rarely get that to work at all. I think the issue is that i cant click exactly the right pixel with my finger like one could with a PC. It would be great if there was an easier way to do this on a phone. Otherwise i absolutly love the game. Thanks

This is a brilliant game. Building some crazy bridges and working to bring the cost down without the bridges failing is great fun. It's a shame this doesn't have the leaderboards that you can get on PC. Seeing other people's creations is part of the fun, which this doesn't provide on mobile. For the best experience, get this game on PC.

Fun, satisfying, and the UI works very well overall. My only issue is with how the game really doesn't give you very much in the way of guidance with understanding how each component works (the hydraulic controller was particularly frustrating at first) and which parts are actually necessary in what situations. A game obviously shouldn't hold your hand through everything, and it's good that it encourages creativity, but as a game it does sort of throw you into the fire at times.

This game is really fun, and I love playing the sandbox mode and creating my own situations to build a bridge for. One of the situations I built was I had to build a hydraulic bridge so that a line of cruise ships could pass through, and then some buggies could drive over the bridge. I created a mess of hydraulics and weight support, but I eventually got the bridge right, and every vehicle could go by smoothly. There were so many hydraulics that I called it "Hydraulic Madness." It is a fun game.

I'd say it's one of the best of all bridge constructors. It's much more polished and more capabilities on average, which can be a lot at first. Could benefit from some real-time tutorials or maybe a sentence or two of more info on types of bridges, pistons, and springs. Could be more accessible for those with visual impairments. Details can be hard to see without picture in picture

I love the game but the initial loading time is excessive. It takes upwards of a minute to get to the menu screen on a snapdragon 8 Gen 2. I spend more time looking at the loading screen than actually playing the game. Edit: Developer fixed this issue on a holiday weekend in under an hour. I'm super impressed. It now loads in under 4 seconds. Updated my rating accordingly.

Should be "Poly Bridge 2 Mobile" Half the fun of this game is seeing the leaderboards, what other people did, and how your bridge stacks up. Without it, I find the game boring and don't feel motivated to make better bridges, just whatever passes the level and moves on. Even just a percentage of the cost would be great. It's a different experience from the desktop version and the name should reflect that.

Difficult but incredibly rewarding. Worth every penny. Some people have said that the difficulty is really inconsistent and while that is a little bit true, I would argue that the difficulty comes moreso when the game forces you to solve the puzzle in a way you are not comfortable with yet. Then, by comparison once you've learned how to do it, the next level is easier and then it throws something new at you again. Genuinely one of best phone games ever.

I don't typically rate apps, but this one deserves it. The amount of thought and consideration taken into Poly Bridge is just amazing. Play Poly Bridge and play basically any other bridge builder and you'll understand. Plus, the other bridge builder apps offer free versions, but they're packed with ads that are designed to be difficult to navigate and a pain to sit through. Then, when you decide to pay to remove ads, you'll find a price tag actually higher than Poly Bridge.

Great game. I love it, and it is possibly my favorite game ever. However, I am absolutely desperate for there to be some way for mobile players to access the leaderboards, gallery, and especially the workshop. I'm not sure if there is any way to sync the mobile game with the PC version, but if there is, that would be great. It would also be nice to see the weekly challenge implemented on mobile as well, but I am mostly missing leaderboards and the workshop.
