I used to truly enjoy this game. I'd be excited seeing what new challenges or cool new game they introduced. No more. They have an elite tier system where you have to pay actual money to go up in tiers and to stay in your current tier. Only the top few tiers get entry into tournaments, etc. Those tiers cost thousands of real money for fake chips. Their everyday challenges have become unwinnable by most, and they're pretty much the same week over week. I'm leaving this game that I used to love.

This app is not as fun as it used to be. The games glitches will cost you whatever coins you've managed to acquire and you can never really get ahead. I complained after the 4th or 5th time and was told sorry your down on your luck. It happens. No , your glitch took the coins. I think they want you to be forced to buy their coins. I'm not doing it. Used to be a fun game but not anymore.

The reason I give it 1 star is because the app will NOT let me get any higher than tier 3 rewards. I Have enough points for good stuff, but, it is only on HIGHER TIERS. In my opinion, I think it may be RIGGED to be this way to SPEND MORE money! I get that it is a gambling thing with slots, but, it isn't ok what is keeping SOME people from rewards they should be getting due to high scores and plenty of points. I have been playing long enough to move on from tier 3 where they FORCE me to stay.

The most recent update has had me experience technical issues for the first time in years. I have also noticed that the recent changes made increase the difficulty of any event challenge to near impossible levels to complete now unless you are purchasing chips. The daily pop a prize being increased from 25 spins to 30 just shows an effort to get people to spend more and get less back.

Yeah right. Forbid your level goes beyond 1000, the minimum wage goes up, wins get fewer and amounts get less and less. Then they want you to buy more. You can go through 10 billion chips and what do you think they want, Yes, spend more money and time. This game use to be hours of fun...now it's just a waste of time and frustration. Thanks.

JUST like the real thing. Seriously. Unless you're one of the few that win in Vagas, you may just feel like it's the same game experience, different place. The graphics are too much for me. It's just over-the-top busy, over-stimulating, too much color, too many options, too many choices & challenges, extra events... Yeah, Vegas...on steroids.

This last update is trash. When I went to play my favorite slots, I noticed that all the prizes were changed. Yes, the offered more credits per purchase and bigger wins, but now you had to bet more and in some instances 3 times the amount you normally had to bet and the win rates are horrible. Because of the real prizes, I was willing to pay to play. At least $100.. not any more. I'll take my 4 million in VIP credits earned so far from playing and redeem them. They won't see another cent from me

You've got to be kidding me. I made it to the final round of jackpot seat, whatever it's called, and was just about to win with JP and boom! "An error has occurred." and I received zero pay out.This happens all the time. Half the time, my spin will just keep spinning, and the other half is spent losing out on turns because the purple ballon takes so much time to pop and prize collected. In timed/speed rounds, this is a huge problem. You make so much money that your app shouldn't be this broken.

This is one of the most egregious of this company's "Simulated Slot Machine" games. It is the most difficult to get any kind of payout on, the most difficult to advance to get more slots, daily bonuses give you enough to scrape by but without getting any wins at all you're not going to get far. This is either the app that makes the developers money or they are losing money running it, as this app tries the hardest to get you to pay into it. 0/10 experience and definitely the most stressful.

The lowest bet is way too high for the amount of coins you receive, which in turn forces you to purchase. Through the Benjamin app, you only have a few days to reach levels to earn, and almost on a daily basis, this app is unavailable to even play, so purchases don't matter. I think it's time to contact the federal trade commission about these different apps raking in profits in this misleading way.

i been playing this game for years now... and lately, it's been going so hard to sell you tokens. even if you do, it's doing its best to make you waste all of it so you can get more. It barely gives you any wins. free spins? what's that? that thing that comes ever so rarely? how about all those points on certain games you've accumulated? when the bonus jackpot round actives, it does its best to not let you win a lot so all that points you've accumulated doesn't really mean anything.

Huge improvements over time. Love the constant addition of new games. On 9/7/25, I was robbed on stage 19 of the Prize Chase of the Platinum 4 Stars and Gold of 5 Stars. It checked both when the bar reached and went past them but I never received them. Normally the game is good about keeping track of winnings during game/ wheel spin freezes. Hopefully the two will show up after 24 hours. UPDATE: Everything I was missing was in my Inbox the next day. Thanks Pop Slots!

I am a long time player that hardly ever has issues with the game. I played without any issues yesterday but today is a different story. I cannot get the app to open. It says "loading", but it never does. I have checked connectivity, cleared cache, restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled, etc and nothing has changed. I have messaged support with both photos and video but havent rcvd a response. I hope my login streak can be adjusted since I cant access it. Its so frustrating!!

A losing streak that will never end. Don't waste your money. Support does nothing to right the wrong even if you've played this game for years. Spent 90 bill in a few hours and nothing to show for it. I would rather be kicked in the face than watch another lousy bonus round paying out another lowball payout. I have to exit out everytime and wait for the mail because it's too painful to sit and wait to be disappointed. Officially uninstalling. Do better popslots..ZERO STARS.

I want to love it but it doesn't give me enough to play for long. I even made some in app purchases cuz usually games like this will pay out better once you've spent money, but no. Opposite actually. Now I run out of coins after 10 spins and no payouts. It's cute and fun and I just want to play! There's no way to earn free tokens unless you invite others and the invite link didn't even work for me or my friend. Some games let you watch ads to earn more and keep playing but not this one.

Although I am a long time Pop Slots player I want to express some frustration and resentment toward the app and it's partners for not having the door dash rewards to choose from. That and the Uber eats rewards and all of the really good ones just disappeared or are always sold out. This makes me reduce my star level because I never get a chance to use my gold coins for anything that I really want and when those come out they are always not there or sold out.

Long time player here. I never had many issues. I put money but not much. I just enjoy spinning and never bet more than I could afford to lose. I don't do the events as much. I spent the majority of my time just logging in and collecting until I had a decent amount of chips. At first, it was a hassle playing. Until I started playing in a place of fun, collecting goldcoins and enjoyment. While playing my favorite slots, winning just followed, but don't overstay losses will come eventually.

I had high hopes for this game, then I quickly realized it's just like every other game on here. Once an hour you get enough free coins for 1 or 2 spins, then you either have to buy more coins or wait another hour. More free coins or lowering the minimum bet would give people more time to get engaged with the game and be more willing to spend money on it.

While this game is fun to play sadly this is only true in the beginning where the bonuses actually give you enough to play with. Once you reach over level 1000 though it becomes a money grab game where you have to spend $ just to keep playing for a few hours. The games you play start off easy enough however as you level up so to does the requirements to hit bigger jackpots. Sadly though daily bonuses and even social media bonus links won't even come close to helping. Do not recommend 4 long term

SERIOUSLY SPENT 5 HOURS TRYING TO GET A BIG WIN FOR THE SIDE QUESTS (one of the goals) AND NADA! That's because I actually needed it to finish the side quest. Go figure ofcourse that's when they block the simple big wins. Feels as if the game is cheating, and I am being pressured to spend. Do not bother with this game. It used to be good but the payout is no longer worth the bet placed. Main missions require an insane amount of chips that you will not have unless you truly spend money.
