Description
I’ve been using Real Guitar – Music Band Game for a couple months now. It’s basically a guitar simulator app where you can learn to play chords and tabs, jam to your favorite songs, and even play with a virtual band. Pretty solid app if you’re into music games.
Here’s what you do: you can pick from electric or acoustic guitar sounds, then there’s a bunch of different playing modes to try out. There’s also a tuner built-in, which is pretty cool. And the song library has a ton of popular tunes – took me a while to figure out how to find the tabs I wanted, but it’s a useful feature.
Look, if you’re into music games or just want to mess around with a virtual guitar, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Real Guitar - Music Band Game. I've tested a bunch of music apps and this one's pretty solid. It's got a ton of features for both beginners and more advanced players, from learning chords to jamming with a virtual band. And the production values are decent and it runs smoothly even on my older phone. But I will say it can get a bit repetitive after a while, and the upgrade system is kind of grindy if you don't want to pay. Overall though, if you're looking for a comprehensive guitar sim, this is one of the better options out there.
