So here's my honest take on SLIME - ISEKAI Memories. I've tested a bunch of anime-themed RPGs and this one's one of the better ones. The production values are great, with awesome voice acting and graphics that look nice even on older phones. The nation-building mechanics are engaging without being too complex, and the 3D battles are fun. But it's not without its issues - the grind can get repetitive after a while, and the monetization is a bit aggressive with those ads. Still, if you're a Slime fan or just want a casual strategy game, this is worth giving a shot.

Description

Been playing SLIME – ISEKAI Memories for a couple months now. It’s basically a 3D battle RPG where you get to enter the world of the Slime anime. There’s a new story supervised by the original author, which is pretty cool. You can relive famous moments from the show in fully voiced cutscenes, and the voice acting is top-notch.

Here’s what you do: you build up your own version of the Tempest village, placing buildings and facilities like homes, restaurants, and magic labs. And the nation-building system is pretty deep but not too complicated. There’s also a 3D battle system where you select cards to command your troops – simple to learn but with a good amount of strategy.

Look, if you’re into anime-based RPGs, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can take forever at higher levels, and the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it’s a pretty solid game that does the job. Worth checking out, especially if you’re a fan of the Slime series.
