Description
Been playing Stack the States® 2 for a couple months now. It’s basically a fun little game where you learn US geography by stacking up states on the screen. Looks great with the new 3D graphics and animations.
Here’s what you do: you get a question about a state’s capital, shape, location, or flag, and then you have to drag and drop the right state to stack it up. There’s also some bonus mini-games like Map It and Capital Tap to mix things up. Took me a while to figure some of that out, but it’s a nice way to learn while you play.
Look, if you’re into educational games or just want to learn more about the US states, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a bit annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job and is worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
I've tested a bunch of geography and learning games, and Stack the States® 2 is one of the better ones. It has a nice balance of educational content and fun gameplay. The graphics are great and it runs smoothly even on my older phone. The mini-games add some nice variety, though I do wish there was a bit more depth to the main stacking levels. But for a free app, it's a solid way to learn state capitals and locations in a engaging way.
