Terrible new game experience! Just tried the game for the first time and when the opening video showed a "Skip" button, I clicked it thinking it would only skip the video. Nope! Instead, it appeared to have skipped the ENTIRE TUTORIAL! I was now playing blind. So I saw 3 enemies around a planet. I thought I needed to destroy them, so I destroyed the first one, but the second destroyed me. Now I am stuck having no ship and there appears to be no user interface to allow me to do anything about it.

seems like a pay-to-play game. The first event they give you. You don't have enough time to complete and on top of that seems very slow pace and repetitive... Also, the other events are way to sort and you have to pay to complete anything. $20 seems to be the lowest priced item in game... If they were trying to be kind of like S.O.S. they failed because of cash grab... sad 😔

Scopely needs to get their act together. The clunkiness and lack if function in this game is annoying at best. The game itself is fun and I love playing it. But I could do without the glitches. edit. scopely still refuses to listen to its players. occasionally events seem to just appear. I got one 4hrs before it ended and because its a grind event that plays into a bigger event I wont be able to finish and wont get the points towards the bigger event. this is a regular occurrence woth Scopely.

I've tried multiple times for a couple hours to get this game to work. I've tried uninstalling and re installing It just won't get past the loading screens. signal notification pops up Red. I don't understand my phone is new and I have full 5g signal. This game has to be bugged for it not to get past the loading and preparing screens. (update) going on 5 hours trying to get this game to work still won't get past the preparing screen. washed my hands of this game. not wasting anymore time trying.

Good afternoon to whom it may concern I am one player with one voice I spend on your game from time to time. When I have extra money available. I'm not a whale, maybe a small dolphin. Now to my point in the last year, in my opinion. The game has gotten very much worse. The quality of life improvements are nice. unfortunately, we are outweighed by the new game play being so much harder. I don't want to see the game die out, but I feel it's going in that direction. thank you for your time.

There is no good or fast way to get diithium which brings progression to a complete stop. some skills require a large amount of dilithium. I'm not gonna grind for the little dilithium that the game sometimes provides. grinding is boring, a waste of my valueable time. These events are boring, go to this/ that system. kill some random dude or do mindless faction quests. I'll pass.

I've played this game for a long time on multiple servers. It's a great concept but poorly executed, Star Trek after all has one of the largest fan bases around. This game is about corporate greed and that's all that matters, player base is regularly ignored. This year has focused on pushing players to higher levels where the only way to play is pay. Multiple 100$ packs months per month is their normal. Don't waste your time and money on this game.

If you like a game with really bad lag and having to restart game more than playing it and with too many glitches, this games for you lol. The game is geared more to big spenders than free to play. You can't accomplish everything in one day and they keep adding to game. Don't know if they can't fix the freezing, won't fix the freezing, or just don't care but restarting game 4 times in a half hour is ridiculous.

Could have been a great game but was ruined by the developers. There are so many glitches that make you restart the game over and over. They won't fix basic issues even with "regular maintenance". The game used to be fun but glitches have become the laughing stock in chat. Most newer content is geared toward only heavy paying players and many of them can't even complete content. Plan on spending thousands only to find out you need to spend more just to run into glitches.

I loved this game at first. So much so that I've spent a few hundred dollars on it so far. Yet, I've now been stuck with weak grade 3, fully tiered ships that cant even do missions 10 levels below mine. Ive been trying to grind out a grade 4 ship for 2 months but everytime I get close to having the blueprints I need through events and such, they take that ship off the list of ones I can get with event tokens. Would give 5 stars if I didn't have to spend so much money just to get stuck.

Very fun game. You can meet all sorts of new people. Just remember to have fun! addendum: Still playing. games definitely more buggy than it used to be. With new arcs and time sinks added frequently. Still fun, but requires more hours in the day to complete everything. Be prepared to grind a lot unless you like spending. The best part for me is the people in my alliance that I interact with.

Just another pay to play game, although you don't get attacked by other players as often. They make it difficult to move past level 20 unless you spend an unreasonable amount of money. They have one bonus called the vault where you have to kill 700 enemy ships to fill the vault and get unimaginable rewards. The thing is that after filling the vault you still have to pay $100 to open it. Thats when I stopped playing. If you like pushing buttons and getting nowhere, then this is the game for you.

I've been playing this game almost daily on a single account for almost two years. 1) there is no endgame content except to go bash on players much lower than you. 2) The developer's business model is based on manipulation and deceit. Don't jump to buy the new stuff. Wait a week for the hidden stuff to be revealed to determine if it's worth it. 3) I enjoy the game because I accept I won't get all the stuff or do all the things. 2* for stability issues and deceptive practices.

It has so many glitches that it is hard to enjoy. at about level 15 if you dont buy you will not be able to advance and will be a daily target of the high level players. you cant do some of the events unless you buy. Instructions are limited you are basically on your own. Each new arch is more and more pay to play. You can do the arch if you have a lot of time. An ok game but a black hole for money

Basic game functions don't work. Displaying a system is unreliable. Ships get stuck flying between systems. Ships either can't enter combat (e.g., ghost ships) or get stuck in combat forever. The response is always the same: try to restart the game, otherwise put in a ticket. 7 years in and the basic core functions don't work reliably.

This game was fun when I first started playing in 2022, but has greatly degraded in quality and original events, and true f2p (free to play) offers. Scopely is king of the $100 item packs, you need 6 of them to get the original Enterprise , or you'll spend several weeks grinding for one. Anything that can be earned for free is behind a grind, and there are a bazillion grinds to do a day in order to keep up. After ops 40 this game quickly becomes more of a chore than a pleasure. Don't bother.

Game crashes and locks up quite a bit. The only remedy is to restart, but it will happen again. The server will lag from time to time, and it will make gameplay difficult. If everything is working, the game is pretty fun. I have done the troubleshooting and nothing changes. Their Support is AI generated responses that fix nothing for you. There is no human in their support staff.

It's a pretty awful grind: once you start having research that takes days, then it's time to go chill and come back: sort of like a mini-vacation. Characters and ships are nice, just pace yourself with them. I wanted to reinstall to help out a sponsored streamer reach his goals, but the app size in the Play Store did not accurately represent the amount of storage the game needs to be installed. It currently takes 2.5 GB, which is indeed a lot.

lag issues are SOOOO BAD, this game is literally unplayable. Gets stuck on the logo screen between parts of game with the circle of death at the bottom and "preparing" by it and never goes anywhere. Not sure why we even have to go to the logo screen between parts of the game anyway, it makes no sense. You actually spend half your time looking at the logo screen (depending on what you are doing).

I actually really like this game. super fun, nostalgic, and I'm enjoying all the variety in planets and missions. A lot of the glitches have gotten fixed, so it's gotten loads better. My #1 problem now is that all the purchase packages are insane. Like, who tf is going to buy a $100 purchase package?! I actually would love to support the game and buy stuff, but would it kill them to make them small??? Like lemme buy some latinum for $10. Or other small $2 -$5 purchase packages!
