Been using Sudoku Coach for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that teaches you how to solve the toughest sudoku puzzles using a bunch of different strategies. Pretty solid if you’re into logic games and brain teasers.
Here’s what you do – you can either submit your own sudoku puzzle or choose from the ones available in the app. Then you can try to solve it yourself or have Sudoku Coach walk you through it step-by-step with graphics and explanations for each strategy. There’s like 20 different techniques it can use, from singles and naked pairs to x-wings and swordfishes. Took me a while to learn all of them but it’s kinda satisfying to figure out.
Look, if you’re a sudoku fanatic, you’ll probably really like this. It’s not perfect – can get a little overwhelming with all the advanced strategies – but overall it’s a great way to improve your skills. Worth checking out for sure.
