Great emulator, unless you're trying to run 3ds roms on a Snapdragon 8 gen 3 device. But, it seems none of the Android emulators are working (like Citra). They do (including this one) work on gen 2 or lower devices. 5 stars if they can fix this.
Reviews for Super3DS Pro Multi Emulator
← Back to Super3DS Pro Multi EmulatorUnfortunately..it is not a good emulator..it does not play half the ROMS out there due to encryption issues but even decrypted ROMS don't work. It was really touch and go and no way to save games. Really this is just useless. Don't waste your money like I did.
I am unable to play 3DS games. It appears in the library but once tapped it attempts to open and then after 5 seconds goes back to the game library. Normal DS games work ok.
The performance is good. It doesn't have screen customization, which is a bit annoying but playable nonetheless. My only real problem right now is that the app doesn't recognize some .3ds files. Why is this? I have games of that same type that run just fine, but some that don't. I've been trying to find a workaround for hours now.
The app is good but I'm experiencing a visualize glitch when I play certain games. Trying to play Fire Emblem Fates and if I do a save state once the menu screen disappears all units turn into greyed out boxes. Not sure how to fix this. It's really a bummer.
Simple 3DS Emulator to use on the go. Since the Android 14 update made data accessing impossible, the only feature I would love to see is to change the save folder location, since almost all Emulators can give you the ability to change where the in game save directory is stored, like the downloads folder, it would be a miracle to see this kind of feature get added in a future update, especially for main Pokemon Games like X and Y where online trading is now defunct. Cheers!
After purchasing this, I realized that this EMU does not keep time, so no time passes after you open your load file. For games like Animal Crossing, it is completely useless since the entire game relies on real-time progression to advance in the game.
just doesnt launch 3ds games for me, waste of money imo *edit* just tried the advice from the response and while i am seeing a definite difference between trying to load a .cia file vs a .3ds file it now crashes upon trying to load the file. i shall try with other versions of pokemon alpha sapphire i manage to find and will report my findings here as i do really like this emulator as a concept, it is quite exciting, im just ashamed it didnt run 3ds games for me as easily as hoped
Whilst this is the most user friendly 3DS emulator I have found that's available for android (Outside of Citra) - the lack of screen layout customisation is a major downside, seeing as you can only choose between the presets of 1:1 landscape and 1:1 vertical (It's more like 1:0.8). Being as this is a paid app, I would hope for 1:x options (Including customisable size and positions) with the ability to swap the top and bottom screen as I wish. Instead this app offers the absolute bare minimum.
App worked fine and I was playing Pokemon X, but then suddenly it stopped working entirely. I try to load my game which worked before, and now it just crashes every time try to load. It said "the app has a bug". I Tried multiple things such as reinstalling, different roms, etc. and nothing works.. I see no support options.
I've been enjoying this emulator, especially for playing Pokémon, but I’ve been experiencing consistent lag which really affects the gameplay experience. Since this is a paid app, I hope the developers can prioritize performance updates soon. It would also be amazing if a cheat code feature could be added in future versions—it would definitely enhance the gameplay options. This app has so much potential, and I’m looking forward to seeing it become even better!
This emulator works pretty well,BUT,there's at least 2 things that would make it a great emulator and that is adding a way to also install the DLC that come with the games that have them (for 3DS and PSP),ALSO,the 3DS plays well and it's not slow like other emulators,BUT,it needs to have the option to activate the "Circle PAD PRO" so that one can play with both 3DS analog sticks with a gamepad, the CITRA emulator had both things, sadly it's not available anymore...
Great app I can play so many of my childhood games! My only gripe is that when I need to use the mic all it seems to do/pick up is static. For example I try to play Nintendogs and teach the dog its name or a trick.. all it picks up is this awful static sound making it impossible to play. Other than that it's great! Highly recommend.
Overall this is a really good app and works fine, however there are a few cons. The most frustrating thing is that some games have a part where you have tilt your device (3DS) to continue. Since this app doesn't have that function, I am now stuck in a game, unable to continue. Goodbye 10 hours of playtime! Second of all games sometimes lagg, idk if it's this apps fault, but I don't have this issue with other emulators or games at all. Third of all, audio is glitched sometimes. Otherwise 5 stars!
Plays DS and GBA games very well. The 3DS games I've played are very laggy and don't run at a consistent frame rate. I would love some support to fix this. I would love for there to be more customisation for the screen layouts. Currently you can move and adjust the size of all of the buttons at once. It would be great to be able to move some of them independently to better use the touch screen. The layout would be improved by the addition of fast forward, mute, quick save and quick load buttons
Overall, it was a great emulator. However, I started out using the free version, and I got tired of ads and whatnot and decided to get the pro version. Unfortunately, I did not realize my save file wouldn't transfer via the phones storage but through the app itself. I would like to continue playing where I left off. However, it won't be with the pro version unless I can transfer the save somehow
This is a great app! All 3Ds/NDS games run well from my experience so far. You may need to mess around with the settings to get a few games to work. But, other then that I haven't experienced any lags, slow downs, crashes, cutscenes being choppy, nothing. I'm really enjoying it. Highly recommend. P.S. I am confused however, on how to get cheat codes to work. The SuperNDS folder has a cheat folder, but when you're playing a game theres no cheats in the settings. Hope you guys are able to help.
The app runs great and have not experienced any crashes. It's also user friendly. HOWEVER, considering it is a paid app it's very limited on features for an emulator. I'm an avid pokemon player and there are no features allowing for online play to trade or battle, and no features to add cheats so you can get pokemon from other games without online play. Either one of these features would make this a 5 star app. And when emailing the developers about questions or concerns there is no response.
If u like 3Ds games.. this is the emulator to play... even though I bought the pro version, I still hit some lagging and black screen or picture doesn't load properly. It might be my samsumg, but other than that, it works great. I give it a 3 out of 5. Can you plz make it so we can reset the game and start from scratch. Sometimes, I just want to restart from the beginning.
Was running fine until today, now it won't load any of my roms. Just infinite loading screen. Not recommended, VERY buggy and unreliable. Edit: I'm now being told that I altered the file path which is false. I have multiple emulators and manage multiple different file paths. I know when a file path has been changed and that was, of course, the first thing I checked. I'd suggest to anyone that they get Citra instead of this, since the developers would rather deflect issues than look into them.
