So here's my honest take on TipOff – Word Guessing Game. I've tested a bunch of word games and this one's pretty solid. The themed decks with Black culture terms are a nice twist that makes it stand out. The gameplay is simple but has some good strategic depth - you really gotta think about how to tip off your team without using the forbidden words. And not gonna lie, it took me a little while to get the hang of it, but once I did it became pretty addictive. The ads can get old if you don't pay, but for a free game it's not too bad. Overall, if you're a fan of word games and trivia, I'd say give this one a try. It's a fun time, especially for game nights with friends.

Description

I’ve been using TipOff – Word Guessing Game for a couple months now. It’s basically a fun word game where you’ve gotta tip off your team to the keyword without saying any of the forbidden words. Pretty solid app if you’re into party games and word puzzles.

Here’s what you do: there’s a deck of cards with keywords at the top and a list of words you can’t use at the bottom. You’ve got 60 seconds to try and get your team to guess as many cards as possible. It’s got different themed decks too, like HBCU, 90s, and Bougie – so it’s got some Black culture flair which is a nice touch. Took me a bit to get the hang of it, but once you figure out the strategy it’s pretty addicting.

Look, if you’re into word games and trivia, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it’s a fun time, especially for game nights. Worth checking out if you’re looking for something new to play with friends.
