been playing this game for a while now the only thing I really don't like is that I can't earn enough coins in the game and I know it's because they're wanting me to buy some but there to expensive for the bundles you're offering. Also there's times when my game will glitch just a little bit and once it comes out of it it will pick up the wrong part which is aggravating. but I do like the game a lot.

Absolutely love this game! It's fun and challenging at the same time Ads do not cut into game time! Yay! It would be better if there to were more coins earned for each level passed. It would work better if a free choice was offered if you fail the level! I've gotten to the end of level,only had 1 to go! Failed 😂 On a more positive note, I love all the bright vibrant graphics and the varied choices of pieces! Thank you for an awesome game

I'm upset. The app freezes a lot & my phone & I must remove the battery to get it to work again. So when I saw an update I thought maybe they were fixing the tech problems. I clicked to update & it didn't. What it did was erase my account & started me over. I notified them & hope they respond quickly to restore my account. If they can't I will uninstall. 5/18/25 I sent a ticket in-app before coming here & have yet to receive a response. The issue is my game was erased. I'm taking this as no resp

This used to be my go-to game. As the levels got higher it became pay to play, annoying but not surprising. Now the levels are almost impossible to beat without paying for boosters & once you do, the game immediately gets easier. They eliminated one of the side games & now they're putting prizes behind locked tiers that they force you to "buy" with pearls you win. You can't access items you want, only what they allow. At this point, I'm done. It's not fun- just a money grab.

I find this game enjoyable, but it's becoming frustrating hitting so many levels that are impossible, not challenging, to win. Most of them, there just isn't enough time, and the extra time accumulates slower, so I have to buy them. I like the fact that I don't have to deal with ads, but I would like it if I had the optional ad of getting more time. i haven't uninstalled it yet, but I'm considering it.

it's ok. I think the time limit is to short on some of the levels and way to long on others but all and all it's a good game. doesn't seem to have any real glitches. I have the easiest levels have 3 to 4 times as much time as needed to finish them were as the hard levels do not even give you enough time to see what u are even needing to find. By the time you look at the items you need to locate the round is over.

I love this game, but recently, I have lost ALL progress, perks, coins and boosters 3 or 4 times. I've also been kicked off my team every time. It is exceptionally frustrating. The first time, they restored everything, but these last few times, I've only ever been restored to the level I was on, but all the boosters, coins, etc. were gone. I am currently waiting on them to restore, again. If I lose progress again, I may end up deleting this game.

At first, it was challenging and fun to play. After you reach level 70 give or take, it is impossible to complete a "hard level" unless you buy coins or boosters. Eventually you will get 5 free lives but only if you ask your teammates. After a while I'm sure they got tired of me asking for lives. I tried to complete one level for days and I even asked my husband to help. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO MATCH THE AMOUNT IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES.

I'm sad to say that I'm probably going to uninstall the game. First it's a great game!! But I became suspicious of how the difficulty of levels increases depending on how much and how often you buy the boosters. Over Easter I invested about $30 overall. I made 100+ progress. I'm now about 830 and out of the last 10, 2 were very hard and 2 hard. I get that the game gets more difficult with progress but this is a little too much. It gets me frustrated and that's not what gaming is about.

used to LOVE it but, it is getting so hard to pass levels now. there are FAR Less goodies to collect. I used to buy more time often (daily) but now... I know even if I get past this level, in 2 or 3 more, it'll be super hard again so I don't waste $ buying time anymore. it doesn't seem as fun so I don't play as much and getting close to looking for a new favorite to play.

UPDATE... 7/13- Same issue just happened again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GAME.I have been playing this game for years and had no issues. In the last month, it has had several updates and it has lost all of my levels, rewards and purchases. What a waste!! I was in level 3800 and now it is back to 0 AGAIN, after getting back up to 300. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ads? I used to love this game i was over 250 levels, then you started hitting me with ads, not one every few levels, but 2 ads after every level. You've lost me sorry, not sorry. Uninstalled! So, your response is it keeps it free? I get that, but do you understand how irritating it is to have ads after EVERY SINGLE LEVEL? Not just one but 2? You say I can skip after a few seconds, thats as maybe, but after 2 or 3 levels I no longer want to play.

Game pieces are hard to distinguish from each other. Many are 2-sided, /multi-colored pieces but only 1 side is showing as the required piece to collect. You don't know what you've collected until AFTER collecting it when it uprights itself in the collection bar. Very frustrating & not much fun. Not even up to level 20 yet & not really enjoying the game.

I have truly enjoyed playing. I even was able to make it up to level 3143 and then the next thing I know it reverted me back to level 3. Why I don't know? I have sent 3 messages to support asking for help resetting the game, as of this time I have had no response. Support needs to be better at addressing someone's issues in a timely manner. still waiting for help ..

The game itself is great! if you get stuck on a level, it will EVENTUALLY move your required items to the top of the heap & bunch them together to move you along. I've played for years & never paid a penny. But let's talk about the endless repetitive mind-numbing ads that interrupt after every single play, with no exit in sight (except thru the ad itself). This is not a relaxing game; it becomes tedious, aggravating, and addictive. Don't say I didn't warn ya.

I started playing a few weeks ago and play once a day, usually more. I'm level 290 and really enjoying the puzzles and the fun side events. I didn't even mind the ads as they didn't come up often. However, from today there are ads after every level or attempt at a level, and some are really very hard to skip. In a game where you can fail a level easily, this is too much. I have to decide if I want to keep playing because this is too many ads and it costs too much to go ad-free. :(

great game when paid to delete ads. However as you progress it gets so hard to beat levels that playing the same level over and over is repetitive and annoying. I like to get to so far and delete and go back to the start. I understand games getting harder as you go up levels but when you can't beat levels to get points except for paying for something it just becomes very annoying

game timer freezes, and sometimes I'm not able to move any pieces when a game starts. when the timer freezes, and you don't get that time back. left. It's frustrating watching the time stays the same for 2-3 minutes while waiting in a free life. Love the game, just a few glitches. I played a year and somethings have changed. i can't figure out what's causing the problem but no luck.

This game was fun at first (what game isn't?). I gave it a fair chance, played it up through a couple dozen levels, then found it to be less and less enjoyable, more and more vexing, annoying. Before this got worse, I un-installed it. This game MAY be your cup of tea, so I did rate it 2☆ instead of 1☆. But do be forewarned. TIP: Try "Line Puzzle--Pipe Art"; it's great, my top favorite.

Overall I really like this game! I've read that "speed training" is one thing that helps brain health. I've noticed that after playing, my focus is better. One problem for me is that all of the extra options to earn extra points, daily gifts, extra aspects/ competitions can be a bit distracting and overload my brain and battery; too many bells and whistles. But, I've found the developers to be immediately responsive to my feedback; always answering my concerns promptly.
