If you enter a draft and navigate away from it in any way there is no way to get back to the draft. If you don't have autopilot on your money is gone. It's happened three times to me now, one where the draft completed and it somehow is gone today... The other two were as described above. Wouldn't be a big deal, but when I contacted customer service they told me they don't see it and I'm wrong then deleted one of my drafts which couldn't be recovered but at least I got my money back.

Very glitchy, I don't know how many times it freezes during drafts, and therefore auto picks for me. Usually players I wouldn't have picked, I set limits by position on Best Ball drafts, and still exceeds picks per position. On pick'ems constantly resets. Small variety on pick'ems. Doesn't always sub players who don't play. Gonna try a different app for my picks.

Underdog sucks. Looked at draft details and was entered without clicking to join. I tried to leave before they started and I couldn't. Sometimes drafts say it's waiting for more people to join then suddenly loads in the second round. I had the first pick and players were auto drafted for me that I didn't want. The app crashes everytime I use it. The customer service is horrible and they don't offer anything to make up for lost money due to their broken app. Save your money and shame on Underdog.

Overall a great app with a nice variety of tournaments for any budget. Only complaint is if you shrink the app during a live draft and then go back to it, it lags and you can miss your pick by the time it catches back up. Small but very annoying bug.

Android app not functional after update! It crashes every time I attempt to open it. Also, messaging support is very slow and annoying because you have to go through only specific "categories" before even being able to message a rep, there is no way to chat with a rep directly without going through these stupid, limited prompts that end up either pointing you to a help article or you can choose to "start over". Now the app crashes every time it is opened, so let's see how long it takes them

They must have changed the app at least 10 times during the season, making it impossible to find your league, and when the season ends it just vanishes, it's very hard to see the results, and honestly I think I got screwed out of money. When betting on stuff is vegas numbers and some just completely off, I like the champion thing they have but again I don't think it's straight. Yeah I'll find somewhere else to play next year. The app works great most of the time. However, when it comes to a site that handles and deals with people's money, you should expect near perfect reliability. I often have to manually force close the app in order to update my current balance. This means I may be trying to squeeze in a halftime bet, but have to add some money. But the app does not recognize I have made a deposit, or won another bet earlier. So I restart the app, and now I have the deposit as well as plenty of winnings to cover.

I want to sign up but your app asks for your birthday and, almost hilariously, it asks you to swipe or click an arrow to move back one month at a time. There's no one click with a drop down box to change the year or a way to simply key it in manually. Nope, just swipes and clicks. I'm sorry, but I'm swiping or clicking an arrow 350 times just to get to my birth year. Comically bad design. It took me less time to write this 500 word review than it took me to reach 1995 swiping months on your app.

Resent problems arising. This app has been pretty good in the beginning. My picks win here and there but overall solid. Recently, the app has been logging out unexpectedly, having to change my password multiple times and waiting for a long period to log back. While I have active picks in play. Plus, customer support needs a phone number to call because helping through their chat takes a long time before you get a response. This app is good, but it definitely needs some tweaking and improvements.

Loved the app. But geez. I'm constantly freezing mid draft and its costing me good drafts and money. So very sad experience lately. Really would have loved if they were able to maintain the preformance with the growth, sadly not. UPDATE: Given more time with the app and still have the same issues if not worse. Disappointing but I think its time to move on, can't even draft my own team without the draft timing out or app crashing all together. Just wasting money at this point.
