If you enter a draft and navigate away from it in any way there is no way to get back to the draft. If you don't have autopilot on your money is gone. It's happened three times to me now, one where the draft completed and it somehow is gone today... The other two were as described above. Wouldn't be a big deal, but when I contacted customer service they told me they don't see it and I'm wrong then deleted one of my drafts which couldn't be recovered but at least I got my money back.

Usually players I wouldn't have picked, I set limits by position on Best Ball drafts, and still exceeds picks per position. On pick'ems constantly resets. Small variety on pick'ems. Doesn't always sub players who don't play. Gonna try a different app for my picks.
Underdog sucks. Looked at draft details and was entered without clicking to join. I tried to leave before they started and I couldn't. Sometimes drafts say it's waiting for more people to join then suddenly loads in the second round. I had the first pick and players were auto drafted for me that I didn't want. The app crashes everytime I use it. The customer service is horrible and they don't offer anything to make up for lost money due to their broken app. Save your money and shame on Underdog.
Overall a great app with a nice variety of tournaments for any budget. Only complaint is if you shrink the app during a live draft and then go back to it, it lags and you can miss your pick by the time it catches back up. Small but very annoying bug.
Android app not functional after update! It crashes every time I attempt to open it. Also, messaging support is very slow and annoying because you have to go through only specific "categories" before even being able to message a rep, there is no way to chat with a rep directly without going through these stupid, limited prompts that end up either pointing you to a help article or you can choose to "start over". Now the app crashes every time it is opened, so let's see how long it takes them
They must have changed the app at least 10 times during the season, making it impossible to find your league, and when the season ends it just vanishes, it's very hard to see the results, and honestly I think I got screwed out of money. When betting on stuff is vegas numbers and some just completely off, I like the champion thing they have but again I don't think it's straight. Yeah I'll find somewhere else to play next year. Cheers
The app works great most of the time. However, when it comes to a site that handles and deals with people's money, you should expect near perfect reliability. I often have to manually force close the app in order to update my current balance. This means I may be trying to squeeze in a halftime bet, but have to add some money. But the app does not recognize I have made a deposit, or won another bet earlier. So I restart the app, and now I have the deposit as well as plenty of winnings to cover.
I want to sign up but your app asks for your birthday and, almost hilariously, it asks you to swipe or click an arrow to move back one month at a time. There's no one click with a drop down box to change the year or a way to simply key it in manually. Nope, just swipes and clicks. I'm sorry, but I'm swiping or clicking an arrow 350 times just to get to my birth year. Comically bad design. It took me less time to write this 500 word review than it took me to reach 1995 swiping months on your app.
Resent problems arising. This app has been pretty good in the beginning. My picks win here and there but overall solid. Recently, the app has been logging out unexpectedly, having to change my password multiple times and waiting for a long period to log back. While I have active picks in play. Plus, customer support needs a phone number to call because helping through their chat takes a long time before you get a response. This app is good, but it definitely needs some tweaking and improvements.
Loved the app. But geez. I'm constantly freezing mid draft and its costing me good drafts and money. So very sad experience lately. Really would have loved if they were able to maintain the preformance with the growth, sadly not. UPDATE: Given more time with the app and still have the same issues if not worse. Disappointing but I think its time to move on, can't even draft my own team without the draft timing out or app crashing all together. Just wasting money at this point.
If I could give it zero stars I would! The fantasy draft seems to work but not the pick em options, I have had to Uninstall and install 3 times so far. It's too much to do so I'm done. Every time you switch to another app to check your answers, it resets your picks and deletes them. I never win here anyway. To much work for such a basic app! Oh, and I just downloaded it a week ago lol. 3 times in a week????
Love the platform, but their android app could use some work. Doesn't run very well, lags out in drafts that cause me to autopick, and is missing some of the key features that iOS and web browser has, for example: being able to quickly see what the advance format looks like for their NFL playoff contest. On iOS and browser, you can quickly see this info when entering a contest, but on android have to do some more digging to get that same info.
Was great at first, but now that I won a bit; they don't let me do mid game picks anymore (the only reason I went with them), during the game one team will be completely blacked out , while I am able to choose anybody on the other team perfectly fine. It wasn't like this when I had promo $$ to spend. Now that it's my money and I figured out what I was doing, they limit the hell out of me. Sometimes, when I have amazing picks, the app will just close, and I have to start all over. They know.
Seriously the worst app ever. Always crashes. Never places bets the first time, literally have to close the app, open it up, make your picks again, and repeat 2 or 3 times before it finally goes through. Live bets say "unavailable" 99% of the time. I can go on and on, but it doesn't appear that anyone reads these and does anything about it. I'm gonna stop giving you guys my money and everyone else should do the same.
I had a flex option for $300 for getting 4 of 5, which I did end up getting correct. But at the end the payout was only $13. A huge scam, I have photographic evidence as well. It's crazy that it would say $300 throughout the entire time, only to receive $13 when it ends. Huge disappointment. I understand the rules and it could go to bonus cash, but it was not put into bonus cash. They are really deceptive on how the multiplier works, I am curious as to how the multiplier goes from 30x to 1.3x.
They just ruined the app. Updated the app and now the search function doesn't work at all. You type in names and it just says "we couldn't dig up any results". By the time you scroll through dozens of players you are looking for they are no longer available. Also the contact support option is automated and you don't actually get to contact support with app problems. Now half the time I submit entries it just thinks forever and they don't go through.
This used to be a good app, but that definitely changed. I'm continuously logged out, for no real reason. Then when I try to log back in, I'll get a message saying device not recognized or, hinting that I'm logging in from a new location. Even after confirming via email, that this is me logging in, the app still wont allow it, saying the password is incorrect. I've had enough of this app
The app is ok. Underdog needs to be more transparent with the payouts. Like a receipt. I would like to see how my payout changes if certain picks with modifiers are wrong. Customer service is bad. You can't contact them without jumping through hoops with Bandit the AI help bot. Then it took almost an hour for someone to respond and I had to go to the website because there was no option to reach them. Bandit kept redirecting me to FAQ's. I spent 2 hours on this ordeal. Ugh, this was frustrating.
They will constantly change their odds in their favor when you make your selections and before you can hit submit. I would assume after countless times that this has happened to me and others (not live games) that the gaming commission would investigate. Not only that, they have no issues taking your money. However, when it's time to pay, you have to confirm an email first. Lastly, I've had to reach out on multiple occasions with funds that were never received on my end. SCREENSHOT EVERYTHING
It used to be a better app, but its latest rendition is trying too much like prize picks. That's why I preferred this app over the others. It used to show a player and give you multiple options to choose from. But now you have to go to a whole different page if you want to see yards another for receptions another for targets, etc. Not drastic but annoying. Payout is worse, I used to use PayPal but they now say it'll take them 1 to 2 days. other "instant" options still say 24 to 72 hours wait
