Been playing Upland – Real Estate Simulator for a couple months now. It’s basically a game where you can buy, sell, and trade virtual properties based on real-world addresses. Pretty cool concept if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you explore this virtual world, find properties you like, and then buy them with in-game currency. There’s also challenges you can complete to earn more currency, and you get a small amount of money every few hours from your properties. It’s got a nice social element too where you can team up with friends.
Look, if you’re into simulation games or just love real estate, you’ll probably dig this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can take forever and the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it’s a pretty solid way to live out your tycoon dreams without risking any real money.

I've tested a bunch of these virtual world/simulation games, and Upland is one of the better ones I've come across. The real-world property concept is really unique and it's cool to build up your own little empire. The graphics are great and it runs smoothly even on my older phone. The gameplay loop of earning currency, investing in new properties, and competing challenges is pretty addictive. Sure, there are some frustrations like slow progression, but for a free-to-play game, Upland delivers a pretty solid experience.
