I like the game, graphics, and sounds. The part that is very frustrating is that when you first open the game, you spend a good amount of time (1-2 mins) clicking out of rewards, etc. I want to open the game and play. I appreciate the rewards but lwt me look when I want to not unwilling at the opening of game.

Still bad! Ive played this game for YEARS, and spent plenty of money on monthly challenges, scratchers, and ect. I will not give this company another dime. The monthly challenges ramp up, making it impossible to complete each month without spending more money (and not getting all of the prizes). They raise the minimum bets, so the higher your level, you run out of coins faster, bad payout rate, and bad pay tables. Zynga, youve gotten greedy! If you download this game, dont expect to play much.

Doesn't download well. I play alot and like the game but sometimes it losses service and you lose the credits. Have lost so many credits! 3/4/21...5 years later still having issues. Still love the game. Play for hours a day. ........7/4/21... game just did something I never seen before. It took all my rainbow rush points I accumulated, I had over 5billion in the yellow brick road, I was in first place with over 68,000 bricks and it didn't give me my credits. I didn't know the exact amount

it is fine so far. the games are slow to load, but it doesn't seem to be like the other games. you do win more than the other slot games out there. "edited" I lowered my rating because once I reached a level 150 and after purchasing coins several times I stopped winning anything at all. I will be deleting the game. its just like the others except it lets you go higher levels before tightening the games.

Scammed!!!! I was moving up a few ranks a day and decided I wanted to play some more scratch games and bought some. I have moved up 2 ranks in one week. This game makes me sick. I have to keep playing to try to get to level 150. Anytime I save credits to play, I'm of the game in less than a few minutes. Just like another reviewer said, the only constant thing is that they ask you to buy more credits. Like that's going to help.

To me, the game stinks. Low payouts and you blow through your credits like water. No interesting side games. I have had several occasions where I went through 4 or 5 billion credits all the way to nearly zero betting only 50 to 100 million credits at a time. Lots and lots of ads urging you to buy, buy, buy. Why should I buy when I'll only lose them in a hurry? Uninstalling ASAP. Good bye and good riddance.

I enjoy the game, but it takes forever to load and I don't have much time to play, it is very frustrating. Also when you give us impossible tasks like that TOTO one that you had to get so many of something of the bonus symbols to advance and it gave me 5 symbols (needed 100 or more can't remember) out of about 25 billion points I used up...a little ridiculous. Plus freezing up during bonuses and not going back there when you have to reload the game sucks. Customer service is poor to say the least.

Definitely a $$ grab game. You start by being able to only play 1 slot and then move open up when you level up. At first you do this pretty darn quickly but then it definitely slows to a near crawl around level 20. You can't step away from one slot to a different one if it isn't hitting- and I'm sorry I just spun 300 times on auto on the lowest slot just to try to get to the next level and I lost all my coins. I'm not about to plug money into this since it's clearly rigged. Not worth downloading

I wasted a lot of time on this game trying to complete an offer for mode earn app. I had never played this before and I had to put in a ticket with mode earn. The advertiser, you guys, declined my reward. Not very loyal to your customers, are you? So disappointing that credit is not given when it is earned. I even made purchases in game. What a waste. Btw, they love to shove certain things in your face which is also frustrating. The slots have cool themes at the very least.

Def. another Pay-2-Play focused game. Payouts doesn't mesh well with bids, and once your coin supply is gone there's little to no way to get out of the first two slots on the map without paying.. the daily bonuses are small and typically an hour apart and it's just a bit of a turn off. I'd likely throw some funds at the game had it not been for the experiences I've had.. I just don't see a point in paying to play when the pay vs reward ratio is off the way it is..

While the game has good graphics and sounds. Don't bother wasting your money on the game. Spend $50 or $100 just to watch it disappear at an alarming rate. If you play the game. Save your hourly bonuses and play those once you've accumulated what you deem enough to play with. Unless you just want to throw your money out the window. The game is too tight and doesn't really allow for the enjoyment factor beyond the graphics. ✌️

Was better when I first started playing a few years ago. Has potential to be a great game. I will buy some coins but when I buy and win nothing it will eventually lead to my departure. I would think a little money is better than none but maybe not 🤷‍♂️. 11-6-21 Gave it a couple more chances with a few $10 purchases. Slots too tight. You were the only slot gaming app on my phone but you just lost that 100% market share. You may still get some $ but no longer all. Hope it was worth it.

Another update with bugs. I do not always receive my hourly bonus credits or the bonus credits from watching video ads. When it's time to spin the wheel for the 7th hourly bonus, the wheel will stop on a high amount then jump to the lowest amount. Then when the points are adding up, if a 2x is there, I NEVER get 2x bonus. Now, I can't collect my gifts from other players. It says I can not accept any more but it only let me collect 1 out of 52.

It is a very good game. My primary complaint is the "High" minimum bid amount in the High Roller Section. I know the goal is to get players to buy credits, but $50 Mil minimum is too high; especially since I think the Slots are often programmed to give players low winning credit amounts. Yet I still enjoy the game & will buy credits when I can afford them. PS I am a Retired Senior on a fixed income so I can not buy credits too often. Maybe you can offer me a Senior Discount?? Hmm!!

The puzzle pieces that you collect when they first came out I got different ones I dont know what happened but now I just keep getting the same ones. At this rate Im never going to get a puzzle put together. I did have right many put together I dont know if the game glitched or what but it reset all my puzzles! Its very maddening! I do love this game and have had it for a right long time! Just wish I could get some different puzzle pieces!

This used to be a awesome game with cool graphics. However, the win rate of the reels has recently diminished considerably. As an example, I have lost more than half of my saved credits in the last couple of months, betting more or less the same amounts as I've always done. It used not to be like this. I understand that Zynga needs to make money by selling credits, but the win frequency is now so low that it is becoming unplayable. I have much better odds in Las Vegas! I hope this gets fixed.

I've been playing this game for some time now. No real problems until recently, now they seem never ending. All of a sudden I cant send or receive gifts for 48 hrs or more every time it decides to get stuck. My daily challenges have disappeared at times. Most importantly when I have made in-app purchases I am not receiving what I am suppose to. When I contacted game support about the issues I was told I did receive the promotion, etc. yet when asked exactly what it was I received I get ignored.

Probably my all-time favorite slots game. I love everything about it! Although I think there is room for improvement when it comes to the "in-game currency" & how scarce the opportunities are to receive a substantial enough amount to actually enjoy the app for any decent length of time. Not to mention, even when using real $ to purchase a package of coins or what have you, it seems to be very expensive for a very little amount.

Love this game and have been playing for years. However, once you start purchasing coins you win a lot less often and that is very frustrating. I also strongly dislike the new daily/seasonal challenges. They are way more difficult to complete, unless you spend a fortune buying coins and whatnot. This makes me highly consider not playing the game anymore.

As of 6-6-2025, app still does not stay open. No fewer than 5 people in customer support supposedly working on my issue and nothing is resolved! After 10 years playing this game and lots of money spent, this is how I am treated! My husband plays the same game, we have the same type of phone and my settings are exactly like his and yet he has no issues! All this started after the update in May! I lost all my points and being on at least level 1482! Thoroughly disgusted!
