If you love ads, you'll love this! A dozen pop up ads every time you open the app! not just once per day like all other apps. Each one takes a while to load and several require rapid frustration taps to close after the ad is loaded, causing you to hit random menu buttons once the ad finally closes. You can lose 95% of your gems buying who-knows-what trying to hit menu items between ads. If, however, that's not your jam, you might want to look elsewhere before you get too committed here.

Type of diagnostic test. It's as you have at least 10+ pop up so they have to go through every single time for the last month or so.Since you changed it. i enjoy playing the app, but this just makes me not want to get on. So you guys need to fix this because you see the reviews, and they're all saying the same thing as me, fix it!!!!
I love this game, really do! the biggest problem is they give you virtually no chips (or at least very, very little). unless you plan on spending a lot of $ for chipa to play & doing that all the time, this isn't the game for you. I love you, WSOP, but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make it easier to play without constantly spending $ as I can't always afford it.
08/21/25 Game cannot see the internet. re-loaded game , re-booted with same results...... otherwise; Great game, Some complain that you have to pay to play are just stupid in my view. It's easy by simply playing the side games and be patient for a couple of days allowing the money to grow. I spent very little but played a lot. There are some specials that are just too good not to pay to gain advantage. I bet some of the ones that complain are trying to win every hand but lose. Not too smart!
The app used to be free to play and you could win. Now it's impossible to build a bankroll. Masters level is terrible. If you're under 500 million you can't play any of the beat the house games. Also all of the pop-ups are disappointing. Especially after a big loss. You get a pop-up for emergency funds. It's sad that the game has been so commercialized. I know the app was created to make money but come on!
I had built myself uo to the second level of the Aces club when you deleted my account, so I started over. Then again built up to that level. Then, just playing the slot machine game, the chips or points I was winning were not counted and I very, very seldom won any amount of chips again. I was gradually de ranked down to the Kings level. This is clearly your attempt to get me to buy chips. I'm going to delete your game and find one that is better run.
the constant ad pop-ups during a game makes this game unplayable. The ads keep making me lose my turn. Also there is no way to even read the ads between turns. So it's pointless to even advertise this way. So obviously this was not done for any other reason other than to deliberately annoy people. And it worked. I'll never download another Playtika game ever again.
Used to be fun for people who don't have a lot of money. Now you have to pay to retrieve your winnings in the piggy bank and if you don't play at a certain level ante, you don't get your prizes that you are playing for in games like powerhand. This app. is turning into a cheap money grabbing app like the others. I guess I'll just play WPT app. All these dam pop ups are terrible. All I want to do is get to the table. I have very little time during my break, and all I do is turn off pop-ups.
worst experience ever. been playing awhile. The beat the house games are the worst. the computer dealers are almost impossible to beat. The only player in game I have seen who can have two full houses and a flush in the first three hands I was delt. at 387mill and another 387mill to stay per hand. how's a person supposed to make that up? especially when they do it all the time. so for now I think your game sucks. hopefully things will get better.
popups are a very real struggle in starting this game... albeit from the game itself, but the popups are quite aggressive when loading your app to begin, and even when you navigate from one section to another, there is a great barrage of buttons you must click, just to say "No, I don't want to pay for this, that and the other to play the free game"
decent for entertainment purposes, not so much for realistic poker play. leveling up and down constantly is a little annoying. having to maintain a rank is fine but this app doesn't give much time to achieve it before they knock you back down. also, too many ads for the game itself, at startup, I once counted 7 ads to get through before I could start to play. speed of play is good and variety of games is good as well.
Way to busy of a game menu layout. I just want to play poker. The menu is majorly confusing, I spent the last 15 minutes trying to figure out how to play a simple game of poker. instead it guides you into other games, markets, and all kinds of non poker games. The developer needs to simplify this a ton. Uninstalling as its not playable.
GOOD: a very sophisticated poker app to play against the ai/algorithm of the house or other players at the table. plays are seamless. keeps tract of players record. the app provides many other opportunities to earn extra chips. BAD: Too many pop up when opening the app. the company is trying to get the player to spend some real money. after, it costs to keep the app running. EVIL: The app engages in selective sale tactics. the cost of the same item may vary depending on the players' data.
This poker app is by far the best one I have played. It seems to be more even in its losing and winning. The others seem to be to their advantage always. The only real complaint I have is, when you purchase things, the prices on those items get higher and higher, until it does not make sense to buy anything.. although wsop prices are still way lower and you get more for your money than the others as well. I play this app everyday!!
ads!ads! 7+ ads when u start EVERYTIME. buy this, buy that and this is on sale. then the x to close them doesn't work forcing you to press buy. then you have to cancel so you can get through the rest of the ads. don't buy any of them. when u actually get to the game, stay away from paying extra in the mini games. they are designed for you to lose and to pay to keep going. add friends and send gifts. collect 600 cards level up and cash them out at the highest level to reach a billionaire bankroll
It is a lot of fun! Its very exciting game. however, for some unknown reason the game crash every five minutes! I installed and uninstalled more than 30 times hoping that will fix the issues! It is very frastrating when I'm about to complete a task or about to win a big hand, the game just crashes and I lose everything that I won ! I spent couple of weeks to be where I'm at but despite all my effort to advance to the next level, crashing does not stop and I'm very disappointed!
1. Pop-ups are ridiculous! 5, 6, 7 pop-ups every time you log into the game. More pop-ups when you play any of the games and return to the lobby. More pop-ups when you complete their mini games like the Video Poker, Daily Blitz, wheel spins, and Lightning Lane. Many times, there are pop-ups while you're playing on the table, and those are the most frustrating ones because numerous times they have caused my screen to freeze up forcing me to close out the app and restart it, losing all momentum.
Why do there have to be so many pop ups? It's incredibly annoying. You get between 4 and 10 pop ups every single time you open the app. Once you get into a table the game is fine, but getting there is really frustrating for no reason. I feel silly opening the app in public because the art on the pop up ads is embarrasing. I just want to play hold 'em online, I don't care about the minigames, sales, or events. The pop up ads are seriously awful, it shows no respect for the player base (customers)
Terrible game. "support" is condescending and not reliable. you can rely on having at least 10-15 pop up ads as soon as the game opens. God forbid your game crashes because you'll have to spend another 10 minutes closing ads before you can actually play the game. once you actually get in a game.....SURPRISE!!! More ads. better poker games that won't waste your time.
Read the reviews before you play and dont spend a penny on the game! It's great with the free chips they give you, but there's a million pop-ups, game crashes in the middle of any game mode, and takes forever to log back in. The BTH modes are algorithm rigged, so expect to rarely win. It's clearly a money grab game, so if you have an addictive personality, fight the urges!
