If you love ads, you'll love this! A dozen pop up ads every time you open the app! not just once per day like all other apps. Each one takes a while to load and several require rapid frustration taps to close after the ad is loaded, causing you to hit random menu buttons once the ad finally closes. You can lose 95% of your gems buying who-knows-what trying to hit menu items between ads. If, however, that's not your jam, you might want to look elsewhere before you get too committed here.

I'm really getting tired of the 10-22 pop-ups. It's absolutely ridiculous.That i'm going to find somewhere else to play. i do not need you to do any. Type of diagnostic test. It's as you have at least 10+ pop up so they have to go through every single time for the last month or so.Since you changed it. i enjoy playing the app, but this just makes me not want to get on. So you guys need to fix this because you see the reviews, and they're all saying the same thing as me, fix it!!!!

I love this game, really do! the biggest problem is they give you virtually no chips (or at least very, very little). unless you plan on spending a lot of $ for chipa to play & doing that all the time, this isn't the game for you. I love you, WSOP, but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make it easier to play without constantly spending $ as I can't always afford it.

08/21/25 Game cannot see the internet. re-loaded game , re-booted with same results...... otherwise; Great game, Some complain that you have to pay to play are just stupid in my view. It's easy by simply playing the side games and be patient for a couple of days allowing the money to grow. I spent very little but played a lot. There are some specials that are just too good not to pay to gain advantage. I bet some of the ones that complain are trying to win every hand but lose. Not too smart!

The app used to be free to play and you could win. Now it's impossible to build a bankroll. Masters level is terrible. If you're under 500 million you can't play any of the beat the house games. Also all of the pop-ups are disappointing. Especially after a big loss. You get a pop-up for emergency funds. It's sad that the game has been so commercialized. I know the app was created to make money but come on!

I had built myself uo to the second level of the Aces club when you deleted my account, so I started over. Then again built up to that level. Then, just playing the slot machine game, the chips or points I was winning were not counted and I very, very seldom won any amount of chips again. I was gradually de ranked down to the Kings level. This is clearly your attempt to get me to buy chips. I'm going to delete your game and find one that is better run.

the constant ad pop-ups during a game makes this game unplayable. The ads keep making me lose my turn. Also there is no way to even read the ads between turns. So it's pointless to even advertise this way. So obviously this was not done for any other reason other than to deliberately annoy people. And it worked. I'll never download another Playtika game ever again.

Used to be fun for people who don't have a lot of money. Now you have to pay to retrieve your winnings in the piggy bank and if you don't play at a certain level ante, you don't get your prizes that you are playing for in games like powerhand. This app. is turning into a cheap money grabbing app like the others. I guess I'll just play WPT app. All these dam pop ups are terrible. All I want to do is get to the table. I have very little time during my break, and all I do is turn off pop-ups.

worst experience ever. been playing awhile. The beat the house games are the worst. the computer dealers are almost impossible to beat. The only player in game I have seen who can have two full houses and a flush in the first three hands I was delt. at 387mill and another 387mill to stay per hand. how's a person supposed to make that up? especially when they do it all the time. so for now I think your game sucks. hopefully things will get better.

popups are a very real struggle in starting this game... albeit from the game itself, but the popups are quite aggressive when loading your app to begin, and even when you navigate from one section to another, there is a great barrage of buttons you must click, just to say "No, I don't want to pay for this, that and the other to play the free game"
