Game used to be fun. Ads were optional to get more chips. Now ads are annoying. They pop up at the worst times (5 sec ad in a 5 sec clock heads-up match = auto-lose) and the ads are impossible to escape. I used to play every day. Poker strategy can be fun. Now I might log in 2 or 3 days a week but I only last until the ads make it no fun. Fix your annoying ad problem. I get that you need to make money but invasive game-destroying timing isn't the right way.

Also runs ads EVERY time you go to the lobby and takes a long time to load these. Sometimes the ads freeze up the app. Often the ads are run in portrait so you can't access the close button so the only option is to close the app and restart. If one of your challenges is to "place first in a spin and win" it won't give tickets when you accomplish.
There is no option to add friends through searching. The only method of adding someone as a friend is by adding the people at your table, who are all random. You can't search for and add your real life friend. There is no option. Hours of research, youtube videos, articles, and it seems they've literally removed the button. 4 search bars related to friends, and you can only search for friends you already have, or people at recent tables. This is the sinplest thing to program, and they fell short
Terrible Would rate is a zero but they don't have the option. I haven't even gotten to play the game. I have to restart my phone a few times, and when I tried to just play without logging in to FB it froze and I had to restart my phone again. No it is not my service. Not interested in games that take over 5 minutes to load. I generally don't play games unless I am waiting someplace, so I am trying to play something that loads quickly, and where I won't have to restart. Uninstalling now.
What happened??? I have been playing for a few days with no issues (besides one time I once went all in with a guy that had millions and for some reason I didn't get much back other than that hiccup alls good) but as of last night it won't let me connect! It just stays on the loading page. I was gonna give it 5 stars but then this happened. Please hear all of us on here that are writing reviews cuz we can't play and fix this and I and most likely many others will change their rating! Thank you!
Why does the game keep kicking me off on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ ? I've lost over 200 million just this week because everytime I bet a significant amount , it freezes and then cuts off ! I literally spent money buying chips and lost because of this, I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling the app , checked for bugs, etc... when this issue is resolved, it'll be much appreciated to see at least 200 million in chips reimbursed back on my account. Thanks
This is one of the greatest apps available. I only wish that they would set it up for Omaha because that would be the icing on the cake. However, after playing this app for a year, I have come to the point that it's fixed! You will suddenly lose in epic ways because the developers want you to purchase chips and the best way to get you to buy chips is make sure you lose chips! I am on to the next app!
The new update is OK, however, there are 2 things I absolutely HATE! When sitting at a table, if you are still playing the hand and go to enter a typed comment while others are playing and then it comes your turn about the time that you hit "enter" to send your comment, it raises the wager even if you didn't want to or wanted to fold. I've lost BILLIONS of chips to this. Also, I DON'T want to see the last 1,000 players I've played with when I'm looking for a person I was just playing with....I cannot find them easily and when I do, it shows they left quite some time ago. GO BACK to only showing the last 100 players.
Once in awhile you lose all your money because you are taken to an extremely high stakes table, unwittingly. It's because you didn't click exactly in this tiny little rectangle space that allows you to adjust the antes. So that's one issue. And the other issue is somehow the icon for Zynga disappeared from my home screen page and my apps. The app is still on my phone, but there's no icon for it. So even after uninstalling it twice and reinstalling it, I'm unable to see the icon for it.
It's amazing how many players go all in on every deal.... that's no fun. Also, I've noticed my total chips changes even when I haven't played. Not sure where they go but they don't seem to find their way back to me. Last, I haven't been able to open any of the free chip gifts in emails for over a month... the emails open but it doesn't recognize me clicking on the link. Very frustrating!
I paid for the season pass, and not one of the rewards worked. I finished the season waiting on the 2.5 bill, and that didn't work. Don't spend money on this game. 7/18/23 - I have tried every method stated. It just redirects me to your websites articles and gives me an option to search more articles. I do not have time for a sneaky back door customer service. How about you reach out to me so we can figure out where my money went?
This is a completely rigged game with no true RNG... confirmed by a former developer. There are far too many 1 in a million type hands that bait you into pots in order to drive chip purchases. I wish there was a true poker game on the market, but this one certainly isn't it. I would stay away if you're looking for an actual poker experience. Otherwise take everything with a grain of salt and realize the outcome will change based on other algorithms. Good interface, though.
Roses's Rewards suck. Gold vault use to be 45 tickets. Now its 150 tickets. What a rip off. And it's free stuff you earn so they want to be greedy and not give away as much free stuff... makes no sense. Way to go Zynga. I hope others rate it and they fix that. Other then that, many of us have been enjoying a large player based app that is pretty darn good.
Since the update I can't even log in. It gets stuck at the loading screen and never loads even after I've Uninstalled and re-installed. I always end up closing the app and heading over to angry birds. I used to love this game. Whatever u guys did, was wrong. I've read other reviews and it seems like I'm not the only one. I'll give u guys a few more weeks and if nothing changes, it's Uninstalled for good.
The game has fun elements to it, but there are a few things which make it better low value and over priced. You have to purchase chips to play, understandable, but then there shouldn't be a rake. Also, there is an option to "tip" computer dealers which is just another example of pay for chips and they are then used by the app without being a part of the actual playing experience. Worse is the stretches where good hole cards will still result in loss to obvious app bots.
Used love this app. No ads, and I would occasionally purchase a package. Now, you can't even get to a table without being forced to watch an ad for a P.O.S. game you would never want! I get that Zynga wants to maximize revenue. MAKE WATCHING ADS A CHOICE! Watch an ad to get something. Being forced to watch an ad just to continue is so annoying! Another option...charge $50 to never see another ad. I'd pay it.
This game SUCKS!!!! I already wrote a bad review, and it wasn't published. I've been hooked on this game for years, and it's getting worse by the minute. I finish challenges and don't get rewards, money is being taken from my wallet (even before the replacement features), can't get friends gifts (over 20 stuck in limbo), can't muck hands at all, can't tip dealer most of the time, and the list of problems goes on and on!!!! I've tried to contact service and they deny problems.
Too much animation for me. As in, there is a lot going on as far as what you (the player) see on your device. The gameplay for me is somewhat sticky/jumpy. I would like to believe it is due to a lot of (what I would consider) unnecessary animations. It got my anxiety going in only a matter of minutes. Not to mention a longer than needed (again, just in my opinion) tutorial that a player cannot skip There must be a decent poker app somewhere, right?
Had this for years on a different phone with minimal memorable issues. Tried repeatedly to load this to a new android phone. WITHOUT fail it freezes on the ' sign into your account or start new account' page. (Well OBVIOUSLY there IS some "fail' going on there.) There are no more details, Nothing else happens after that. It's definitely not the experience I was looking for.
The game used to be great. After the last update, there are lots of technical issues. Game freezes after you call a hand or go all in, and twice now, I have lost coins because my hand doesn't appear. Lost lots of coins/chips with all of these glitches. I sent an email to "support" and they never responded!
