Been using Apollo Neuro for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you manage stress and improve your overall well-being. The idea is that it taps into your nervous system with these soothing vibrations to help you relax, focus, and sleep better.
There’s a bunch of different “vibes” you can choose from – some are meant to energize you, others are for deep relaxation. And you just wear the Apollo wearable and let it work its magic. It takes a bit of getting used to at first, but once you find the right settings, it’s pretty effective.

So here's my honest take on Apollo Neuro. I've tested a bunch of wellness apps and this one's one of the more unique ones I've come across.
