So here's my take on Bend: Stretching & Flexibility. I've tried a bunch of different stretching and yoga apps, and this one's pretty solid. The variety of routines and poses is great, and I like that you can build your own custom sessions. And the video guidance is helpful too, especially for beginners. That said, the app does feel a little bare-bones at times, and the music selection gets old fast. But overall, it's a pretty good option if you're looking to improve your flexibility through daily stretching.

Description

Been using Bend: Stretching & Flexibility for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you stretch and improve your flexibility with all kinds of routines and yoga poses. Pretty solid if you’re into staying active and limber, especially as you get older.

Here’s what you do: you pick a stretching routine, whether it’s for your back, hips, shoulders, or just a full body stretch. And there’s also guided videos that walk you through the moves. And you can customize your own routines too – took me a while to figure that out but it’s super useful.

Look, if you’re into fitness and health apps, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the music gets a little repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to start stretching more consistently.
