Been using the Blue Cross of Idaho app for a couple months now. It’s basically a health insurance app where you can manage your plan, find providers, and view your claims. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you can do: you can search for in-network doctors, make premium payments, view your claims history, and even order a new ID card. It’s got some cool features like being able to sign up for digital EOBs and get notifications. Took me a while to figure some of it out but it’s all pretty intuitive.
Look, if you’re a Blue Cross of Idaho member, you’ll probably find this app really handy. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want an easy way to manage your health plan.
