Been using BodyFast: Intermittent Fasting for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you with fasting – you know, that whole thing where you don’t eat for a certain period of time? Pretty solid app if you’re into health and fitness.
Here’s what you do: the app gives you a personalized fasting plan every week based on your goals and progress. There’s also a food tracker, water tracker, and even some recipes. It’s got daily coaching too, which is pretty cool. And there’s weekly challenges to get you more active – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into intermittent fasting or just trying to be healthier, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the fasting plans can get a bit repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my take on BodyFast: Intermittent Fasting. I've tested a bunch of health and fitness apps and this one's actually pretty good. The personalized fasting plans are super helpful, and I like how it gives you daily tips and motivation. Compared to some other fasting apps, this one feels a lot more comprehensive. But it's not without its issues - the food tracking could be better, and the weekly challenges can get old after a while. Overall though, I'd say it's a solid option if you're looking to try intermittent fasting.
