Been using Carb Manager–Keto Diet Tracker for a couple months now. It’s basically a super detailed macro and carb tracking app that helps you follow Keto or other low-carb diets. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you log your food, it tracks your net carbs, macros, calories, all that. There’s also a big database of Keto-friendly recipes which is pretty cool. And the app gives you monthly challenges and stuff to keep you accountable – that’s helped me stay on track.
Look, if you’re trying to do Keto or just watch your carbs, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
