Been using Element Smart TV Remote for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you ditch your clunky TV remote and control your Element Smart TV from your phone. Pretty solid app if you’re into home automation and stuff like that.
Here’s what you do: you connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV, then you can use the app to change channels, adjust volume, even control certain smart features. There’s also a virtual trackpad which is pretty cool. And you can even use your phone’s voice search to find shows and change settings – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re always losing your TV remote or just want a more convenient way to control your Element TV, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the setup can be a bit finicky sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
