Description
Been using Endel: Focus, Relax & Sleep for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that creates personalized soundscapes to help you out with different situations – whether you need to focus, relax, or get some sleep. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you do: there’s different ‘soundscapes’ you can choose from, like relaxing nature sounds or ambient music. It adjusts the sounds in real-time based on stuff like your heart rate and location. There’s also a ‘sleep’ mode that’s supposed to soothe you into a deep sleep – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into relaxation and meditation apps, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the free version has some annoying ads – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need help winding down or staying focused.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Endel: Focus, Relax & Sleep. I've tested a bunch of these kinds of 'focus and relaxation' apps, and this one's pretty solid. The AI-powered soundscapes are pretty cool, and I've found they actually do help me calm down or concentrate better. Not gonna lie though, the free version can get annoying with all the ads. But if you don't mind paying a few bucks, it's a really nice little app to have in your toolkit.

So far, I really like it. I usually listen to ambient music so it's nice. Some things that are annoying: I couldn't find how to play the sounds on desktop...
I just started using it and the music settings are actually far more enjoyable than I expected, and don't distract me when working. I'll update later once I use it...
Not really a fan of having the automatic subscription button (which pops up upon initial setup) be titled "Continue", as well as the app asking for permissions such as health,...
