Very cool app, been waiting for it for a long time. Unfortunately, it runs very poorly on my Galaxy Note 9. I cant have more than one sample playing, can't use any effects. I start having similar issues as Ableton on the computer when you go over 100% cpu usage. The app seems poorly optimised. Sometimes the audio just cuts out when I connect my (cabled) headphones. It seems to deal very poorly with switching audio devices. Ill be hoping for a fix soon 🤞

As a portable "note taking" machine, or as a complete performance tool, this app is very very powerful, but it has a few quirks. There is another very similar program that has its own issues, and I use both almost daily. If it had more than 16 patterns would really expand its potential. I also wish it could output midi files, cos sometimes all I want from a project is a melody or drum pattern. Edit It's still awesome! And it has effects per sample which other apps don't! And it's worth buying!

As someone who is just dipping their toes into music production for the first time, this is a fantastic app. It's a little buggy at times when it doesn't always play the sample I create, but I'm sure that'll be fixed in time. As an improvement, something like a "select/zoom/paint" button when painting on the MIDI would be extremely beneficial. It can be a little difficult to efficiently navigate the MIDI file on my mobile device. I highly recommend this app. I can't wait to see where it goes.

Lots of potential. V 1.3.2.233 My current issues are mainly with file browsing, storage, and import. â—‡ I would like the option(s) for permanently trimming a recording after pulling my sample or slices out of it â—‡ In the app's file browser, i'm not sure what the two columns are each for â—‡ dragging files into created folders only works sometimes, and when it doesn't, the files seem to go missing permanently, breaking some projects â—‡ m4a voice recorder app file support (maybe they work, but not 4me

Honestly the most fun I have ever had with an app. You Wii find yourself wandering around tapping things to grab samples. So easy to use but you can go deep also as you get better. Only gripe is sound is a little laggy on Android but I think that is an Android problem and you can get around it with recording quantisation. Also I get some tracks dropped out when I layer over them. Overall great app for sampling and banging out beats on the go. My SoundCloud us buzzing with fresh grooves.

As someone who has experience with ableton live, I found this app VERY intuitive. This is by far the best mobile sampler/daw that I have ever used. It is begginer friendly and is a perfect starting point for people who want to get into music, while being deep enough to get into more advanced production. The ease of use versus the versatility is balanced amazingly. I will strongly reccomend this to all of my musician friends and aspiring musicians as well. Worth every penny, I am inspired again!

The app is great and intuitive, only had problems exporting files. When I searched in the designated path there was no file. Update: With the help from the people from Flip, I was able to find the files using a files manager app. Suggestions for the future, option to choose save path and to share from the app.

Just got the app to keep me busy for a long journey. For an app that's so feature rich I struggle to imagine how it could be more intuitive! My only struggles so far have been with the fidelity with the midi editor but it is really useful you can set the zoom. Also the latency for recording live is a right pain. I understand that you can only reduce latency so much, but some form of user settable latency compensation would be incredible. Keep up the good work 🙂

Downloaded less than an hour ago - great app (and I hate sampling stuff!). Only criticism would be on the "Enable pitch for pads" option. It would be great to have a 'safe zone' on the pad that is the actual pitch of the item you are tapping on. Also, on the Sample edit page there's a button that shows you what pitch you actually strike the items 'rectangle' - it's hard to hit 0.0!! Nevertheless - great fun to play with. And the price is balanced perfectly. Thanks.

I want to love this DAW. It's well designed (for the most part) and super powerful for a cell phone based music creation platform. But the input lag makes it basically useless. I've tried changing the buffer size to no avail. It works for drawing midi keys, but the midi editing, while serviceable, is clunky on a phone (zooming, navigating and manipulating existing midi notes especially).
