Been using Helper Helper for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you find and sign up for volunteer gigs in your local area. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you can browse through all the different volunteer events happening nearby, like food drives, park cleanups, animal shelter work, and more. And there’s also a feature where you can see how many volunteers are still needed for each event, which is pretty cool. And you can easily sign up and add events to your calendar – took me a while to figure that out but it’s super useful.
Look, if you’re into giving back to your community, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the app can be a little buggy sometimes and the notifications can get annoying – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to get more involved locally.
