Description
Been using Home Workout – No Equipment for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you daily workout routines to build muscle and stay fit at home. No need to go to the gym or buy any equipment – it’s all just using your own bodyweight.
Here’s what you do: there are workouts for your abs, chest, legs, arms, and butt, as well as full body routines. They’re all designed by fitness experts and have animations and video guidance to make sure you’re doing the exercises right. And the warm-ups and stretching are actually pretty good – they help you exercise safely.
Look, if you’re into staying fit at home, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the workouts can get a little repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to get in shape without having to go to the gym.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Home Workout - No Equipment. I've tried a bunch of home fitness apps and this one's pretty solid. The workouts are challenging but doable, and I like that they target different muscle groups. And the video guidance is super helpful, especially for exercises I wasn't familiar with. The only downside is it can get monotonous after doing the same routines for a while. But for a free app, it's a great way to stay active at home.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Tons of different workouts to target all your major muscle groups
- Video and animation guidance to make sure you're doing exercises properly
- Quick 5-10 minute routines that you can do anywhere

Cons
- Workouts can start to feel repetitive after using the app for a while
- Some of the more advanced exercises take time to get the hang of
- The app is a little bare bones, could use more features
