Been using IAFF Mobile for a couple months now. It’s basically a mobile app for fire fighters and EMTs that lets you do all sorts of stuff – view your member info, access the memorial wall, message other attendees at events, and more. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you can do: you can check your IAFF profile, including your member number and digital ID. There’s also a directory of the Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial Wall, which is a nice feature. And you can message other event attendees, take notes on sessions, and set reminders for events. Took me a while to figure some of that out but it’s all pretty useful.
Look, if you’re a fire fighter or EMT, you’ll probably really like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re part of the IAFF.
