So here's my take on Journal: Notes, Planner, PDFs. I've tested a bunch of note-taking and journaling apps, and this one's pretty solid. It's got a ton of features without being overwhelming, and the interface is clean and easy to use. And i've found it really helpful for keeping my thoughts and to-do's organized. The PDF annotation is a nice bonus too. The only downside is the ads can get old if you don't pay for the premium version, but overall I'd say it's a great option, especially for the price (free!). Definitely worth giving it a shot.

Pros

  • Tons of features like journaling, note-taking, and scheduling
  • Calendar view makes it easy to stay on top of your schedule
  • Handy PDF annotation tools
  • Free to use, no need to pay for the basic version
  • Simple but powerful, doesn't take long to get the hang of it

Cons

  • Ads can be annoying in the free version
  • Some advanced features locked behind the premium paywall
  • Syncing between devices isn't as seamless as some other apps
  • Might be overkill if you just need basic note-taking

Description

Been using Journal: Notes, Planner, PDFs for a couple months now. It’s basically an app to help you keep a digital journal, take notes, and stay organized. Pretty solid if you’re into productivity and planning.

Here’s what you do – you can write down your thoughts, schedule appointments, and even annotate PDFs. There’s also a handy calendar view to see everything in one place. And the search function is great, it makes it easy to find old entries. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re looking to upgrade from a basic note-taking app, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the free version has some ads that can get annoying – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a one-stop shop for all your journaling and planning needs.
