Been using Land Nav Assistant for a couple months now. It’s basically a navigation app that helps you practice your land navigation skills. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: you can enter coordinates – like MGRS or lat/lon – and it’ll guide you to that spot on the map. And there’s also a cool arrow interface that points you in the right direction and shows your distance, bearing, and speed. And you can drop pins on the map to save locations – that’s really handy.

Look, if you’re in the military or just into outdoor navigation, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to brush up on your land nav skills.

So here's my honest take on Land Nav Assistant. I've tested a bunch of navigation apps and this one's pretty solid. The core features work really well - the MGRS and lat/lon support is great, and I like how it gives you all the key metrics like distance, bearing, and speed. It's a useful tool for improving your land nav technique. That said, the interface could be a bit more polished and intuitive. And I found the ads to be more intrusive than I'd like. But overall, it's a good app that gets the job done.
