Been using Lasta: Healthy Weight Loss for a couple months now. It’s basically an all-in-one app to help you lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. Pretty solid if you’re into fitness and weight loss stuff.
Here’s what you do – it’s got personalized workout programs with video tutorials, so you can do pilates, yoga, or home exercises. There’s also a food tracker and meal planning tools. Took me a while to figure some of it out, but it’s actually pretty useful.
Look, if you’re trying to live a healthier life and lose some weight, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the app can get a bit repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
