Can't cancel & they keep charging me! Like another person's review, the same thing has happened to me. I was not able to log into the app. After the free trial, I was sent no notice about it renewing either so they just charged me. I tried to log into the app and it said my subscription had expired and to contact support but the button didn't work. I still cannot log in , still couldn't contact support, still cannot cancel but still keep being charged for an app I can't use.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I started with and introductory 9.99, 3 month subscription. that same day they charged me 29.99. I contacted them and requested a refund and canceled the subscription. 2 months later, I'm being charged again another 29.99. after the first charge I've tried canceling and its impossible. my account shows canceled in the app I have emails showing it's cancelled.
Saw a Facebook ad for a calisthenics app—75% off, so I bought it. Right after paying, I clicked "Get Your Plan" and was instantly charged $10 for an add-on—no cart or confirmation. I contacted support within 3 minutes, and they refused a refund but offered 2 free months. I don’t do business with companies that sneak charges. Canceled both subscriptions and disputed the charge. Would NEVER recommend.
I really got ripped off! I didn't like the app as much as a different one. They will cancel (hopefully) but no refund. I deleted a section of my first review to have space to add more. They reached out to me and said they'd refunded the full amount but in fact, they charged me another $55.82. At some point, they went back and refunded the second charge but left the first one. in order to fulfill their promise, they still need to refund me $55.82. This company is a mess.
Buyer beware. I signed up for a 3 month walking plan for 29.99, have an email stating so but then was charged another 29.99 after 1 month for the extended workouts, which I don't want, have never used, and I cannot find in my agreement. I reached out to the company who refused to issue me a full refund. Poor customer service and ultimately frustrating.
Lasta’s customer service was completely unhelpful and offensive. Their refund policy makes it almost impossible to get your money back—even if the app doesn't deliver or isn’t a fit for your needs. I explained my issue clearly, but their response felt automated and impersonal. They offered a subscription extension when I asked for a refund. It's frustrating to deal with a company that won't take ownership or show basic customer care.
Beware scam charges!!! They advertise it as if it is free, then after you go through the set up charge $10.06 for a 30-day program. Then, less than 4 weeks later, without notification, charge $59.17. they don't even send a confirmation/receipt email after the charge, obviously hoping you don't notice it. Visa correctly flagged it as fraudulent. I went on the app and cancelled the "membership" immediately (still several days before the 30-day program was up) and they refused to refund.
The exercises are fun, have variety, and don't take that long. The tracking was helpful for me to stick with it. While Lisa was a great help with my account, I'm dropping a star because renewal was difficult. It's not clear how you're supposed to do that and no way to get into the app to renew if it expires. I had to sign up again with a different email. Also, they billed me instead of shutting my account down. Don't bother with the month trial. If you want Lasta, pay for 3 months right away.
Very deceiving;sneaky set up! You think you have a 28-30 day trial, but while trying to get app setup to use, you will end up with more charges. I only ended up using app a few times. Then suddenly, you are hit with outrageous multiple pricing. I reached out to request a refund, they respond with givingyou option 1 or 2, with 3 auto replies to choose from! I learned the hard way, don't use theirs and type your own! still have an ad answer that I will get my money refunded! 😪🙁😡
False advertising and deceitful billing. They billed 3 times in 3 weeks time. Always without notification. They advertised free service. Over $75 later in less than 3 weeks, it is not free!! And no refunds! This company needs to be eliminated from existence! What a dishonest way to "do business". Anyone else want to join in a class action suit?
