Been using Lively: Cycle Syncing, Period for a couple months now. It’s basically a period and cycle tracking app that gives you personalized tips and advice based on where you are in your cycle. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you log your period and the app tracks your cycle. There’s also cool features like partner syncing where you can share cycle info with your partner. And the daily tips – it’s got advice on stuff like nutrition, exercise, and self-care tailored to your hormones and cycle stage. Took me a while to figure some of that out but it’s actually really useful.
Look, if you’re someone who wants to better understand your cycle and how it affects your life, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the app can be a bit glitchy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my take on Lively: Cycle Syncing, Period. I've tested a bunch of period and cycle tracking apps, and this one's pretty solid. The personalized daily tips are the best part - they actually provide helpful advice based on your cycle stage. And the partner syncing is a neat feature if you're in a relationship. On the downside, the app can be buggy at times and the free version is a bit limited. But if you want a comprehensive cycle tracker with useful insights, this is one of the better options out there.
