Description
Been using the My Optimum app for a couple months now. It’s basically an all-in-one app to manage your Optimum internet and cable TV services. Pretty solid if you’re an Optimum customer.
Here’s what you can do: check your WiFi network, update your password, troubleshoot internet issues, and even pay your bill. There’s also some nice features like outage detection and speed optimization tips. Took me a while to figure some of it out, but it’s actually pretty useful once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re an Optimum subscriber, you’ll probably find this app handy. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it gets the job done. Worth checking out if you want more control over your Optimum services from your phone.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on the My Optimum app. I've tried a bunch of similar apps from other providers, and this one's a pretty solid option. The ability to manage your whole Optimum account in one place is really convenient. The WiFi and internet troubleshooting features work well and have helped me out a few times. But I do find the app can be a bit confusing to navigate, especially for less tech-savvy users. And the constant bill reminders can get kind of annoying. Overall though, it's a useful app that Optimum customers should find helpful.
