I’ve been using the NoBroker Rent, Buy, Sell Flats app for a couple months now. It’s basically a property app that helps you find houses, apartments, flats or plots to rent, buy or sell. Pretty solid if you’re into real estate and all that.
Here’s what you can do – you can search for properties in your city, check out listings, see photos and details, and contact owners directly. There’s also features to calculate rent, manage payments, and even find home services. Took me a while to figure out all the stuff you can do, but it’s a pretty comprehensive app.
Look, if you’re looking to rent, buy or sell property, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times and the listings aren’t always 100% up-to-date. But overall, it does the job and is worth checking out if you want to avoid real estate brokers.
