Been using Online Portal by AppFolio for a couple months now. It’s basically an app for residents whose management company uses AppFolio Property Manager. You can stay connected to your property or association manager and get instant access to all sorts of handy tools and info. And
There’s stuff like paying rent or dues, submitting and tracking maintenance requests, accessing documents like leases and meeting minutes, and homeowners can even submit architectural requests. It’s got a pretty clean and easy-to-use interface overall.
Look, if you’re a tenant or homeowner who needs to stay on top of property stuff, you’ll probably find this app pretty useful. It’s not perfect – the ads can be kind of annoying if you don’t pay – but it does the job and I’d recommend giving it a shot.
