So here's my take on Online Portal by AppFolio. I've tested a bunch of property management apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The interface is clean and intuitive, and it's got a nice set of features that make it easy to handle all your property-related tasks in one place. And not gonna lie, the ads can get old after a while, but you can pay to remove them. Compared to some other apps I've used, this one feels a little more polished and user-friendly. Overall, if you need a convenient way to stay on top of your rental or HOA stuff, Online Portal is definitely worth checking out.

Description

Been using Online Portal by AppFolio for a couple months now. It’s basically an app for residents whose management company uses AppFolio Property Manager. You can stay connected to your property or association manager and get instant access to all sorts of handy tools and info. And

There’s stuff like paying rent or dues, submitting and tracking maintenance requests, accessing documents like leases and meeting minutes, and homeowners can even submit architectural requests. It’s got a pretty clean and easy-to-use interface overall.

Look, if you’re a tenant or homeowner who needs to stay on top of property stuff, you’ll probably find this app pretty useful. It’s not perfect – the ads can be kind of annoying if you don’t pay – but it does the job and I’d recommend giving it a shot.
