So here's my honest take on Pulsetto Wellness. I've tried a bunch of meditation and mindfulness apps, and this one is a pretty cool alternative. The vagus nerve stimulation tech is interesting and it does seem to help me calm down when I'm feeling anxious or overwhelmed. The app itself is pretty well-designed, though I've noticed a few bugs here and there. But overall, it's a solid option if you want something a little different from the usual meditation apps.
