Description
Been using Relay for reddit for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you browse Reddit in a really nice, clean interface. Pretty solid if you’re into reading Reddit on your phone.
Here’s what you do: you can subscribe to your favorite subreddits and they’ll all show up in this slick feed. There’s also a night mode and OLED theme if you like dark mode. And the animations are really smooth – it’s a joy to use.
Look, if you’re a big Reddit user, you’ll probably love this app. It’s not perfect – the recent change to a subscription model is kinda annoying – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a better Reddit experience on your phone.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Relay for reddit. I've tried a bunch of different Reddit apps and this one's definitely one of the better ones. The design is clean and modern, and I love how it matches the color scheme of my phone. And animations are super smooth too, which makes it a pleasure to use. Not gonna lie though, the paid subscription is a bit of a bummer - I get why they had to do it, but I'm not a fan of apps going that route. But if you don't mind paying a couple bucks a month, it's a really nice Reddit client.
