Incorrect info on the team photo posted- multiple emails from parents and no feedback from Snapevent. Have to pay R100 to download 1 photo with incorrect detail – unacceptable.

The apps advertising says you can create a calendar event from a snapshot. What they DON’T SAY is that the snapshot are preloaded events advertised on the app

I paid R49 and couldn’t buy one photo to download. I needed 2 more credits and for that I had to pay a further R50 to get ONLY 1 photo (only to download). Is this real to pay R99 for one photo to download? I lost my original R49 in other words because I couldn’t […]

I HATE this app. I’ve been struggling to pay for my sons school photos the whole day. I get to the point where I select pay and nothing happens. I’s frustrating to say the least. I won’t recommend this app to any of my friends.
