Been using SoundHound – Music Discovery for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that can identify songs playing nearby. Pretty solid if you’re into music and finding new stuff.
Here’s what you do: Just open the app, hit the big orange button, and it’ll tell you the song and artist. And there’s also a way to save all the songs you’ve discovered and see where you heard them on a map. And you can connect your Spotify account to build playlists and explore more music based on what you’ve found.
Look, if you’re into discovering new music and identifying those random songs you hear, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a bit annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on SoundHound - Music Discovery. I've tested a bunch of music ID apps and this one's pretty solid. The core functionality of being able to quickly figure out what song is playing works really well. I like the music history and map features too. The only downsides are that the free version has ads, and the Spotify integration feels a little clunky. But overall, it's a great app if you want an easy way to discover new music.
