So here's my honest take on Text &Call Second Phone Number. I've tested a bunch of these virtual number apps and this one's pretty solid. The setup is easy, the interface is user-friendly, and having all those area code options is really convenient. Not gonna lie though, the ads get old after a while. But you can pay to remove them, and overall I'd say it's a reliable way to get extra phone numbers without a bunch of headaches.

Pros

  • Tons of area code options to choose from
  • Easy to set up and manage multiple numbers
  • Free to use, with option to pay for ad-free
  • International calling feature is clutch
  • Helpful if you need separate lines for work, dating, etc.

Cons

  • Ads can be annoying if you don't upgrade
  • Might be overkill if you just need one extra number
  • Took me a bit to figure out all the features
  • Occasionally glitchy, had to restart the app a few times

Description

Been using Text &Call Second Phone Number for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you get extra phone numbers for all kinds of stuff – business, dating, travel, whatever. Pretty solid if you’re into juggling multiple phone lines without the hassle.

Here’s what you do: you can get virtual phone numbers from over 60 area codes, and use them for calling and texting. And there’s also an international calling feature, which is pretty cool. And the app makes it easy to manage all your numbers in one place – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re into having a second or third phone line for work, fun, or whatever, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can be kinda annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

Too expensive. Paid to try it and immediately had to pay the same amount to be able to use a number and add my number to messages. $18 to do...
