Been using TREK: T.I. SMS for a couple months now. It’s basically a texting app that looks and sounds straight outta the 80s. Pretty solid app if you’re into that retro sci-fi vibe.
Here’s what you do: You can customize pretty much everything – themes, notifications, privacy settings, the whole nine yards. There’s also group messaging and delayed messaging, which is pretty cool. And you can even get popup messages that you can reply to without opening the app – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into customizable messaging apps with a unique style, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
