Error message out of nowhere even though it worked fine the week before. Can't login anymore unless it's from a computer. Deleted and redownloaded, confirmed the link, used the or code, confirmed my username and password. You click the support button and it doesn't actually give you a number or email to call. This app sucks! I'm also not the only one in my company with this issue.

Otherwise does not like to sign in in other ways too, "we're waiting for your admin to set this app up, kepo using your other app" despite the fact admin has asked us to switch over and I've been using this one for quite a while now. Sometimes when I sign in all the buttons I want to use like punch and timecard are just not there. Update: Still doesn't work. Nobody contacted me as said.
CONSTANT GLITCHING!! I'm paid bi-weekly, so I only attempt to access my account a couple times a month. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I run into issues. It takes at least 5 attempts to even get into my account, and sometimes, it takes a couple days. I keep the app updated. That's not it. I've complained to my employer, to no avail. Please fix your app.
One star only because negatives aren't an option. Slowest app I have ever had the misfortune to be forced to use. constantly 'forgets' my login and makes me re-verify, which is extra annoying because I can't use it to punch in on a phone with cell service so need two devices at that point. Minimum two full minutes to even reach the 'punch' screen and then it's a crapshoot whether it will claim there's no location data. Haven't managed to find an explanation for some of the icons either.
This app was great when I first got it and up until about a week ago it always worked how it was supposed to. In this last week I have had to log in again several times every time I tried to use it for clocking in or out. As soon as I got logged in, it would log me out again. And I even have my fingerprint registered for easier login. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again but it is still having the same issue. Please get this fixed because I love your app but not how it is now.
This app is always asking to sign in and change the password. And when I try to log in with the password I changed it to it always says it's wrong or something is wrong with my account. If I don't use biometrics to log in then I'm out of luck. Wish it would get fixed and stop asking to change password every few months then not working and locking me out of my account. 😡😤
This is the worst time card management app I've ever had to use. Shortcuts vanish, horrible navigation, and when biometric login doesn't work, you'll be lucky if you can get your actual password in without it lagging out. God forbid you're trying to clock in or out on a computer and it asks for a confirmation message because it will log you out before you even have the chance to finish reading it, erase your punch, and not let you submit a new one. Awful system for both employees and managers.
Update from previous review. Still slow as Christmas and makes you late. 2- 5 mins to get fully clocked in ONLY when it wants to actually work. Has an app to install...which takes you to a page... IN THE BROWSER, EVERY TIME! Why even have an app??? I get the security takes time to handshake, but there is NO REASON why it should take so blasted long, its 2025. Unacceptable. Don't even THINK about trying to get pay stubs. It's not friendly about it. Hot caca. Wish my company would switch.
This app was great until it wasn't. Missing shortcuts one minute, and then they appear again the next time you get so lucky to sign in but they are not what was saved as a shortcut or none at all, not being able to sign in without issues, auto signing you out the app once when you finally get in and finally find the punch button and click it. I could go on but I miss the old version. Please fix. update: Remember when I said it auto signed me out? Guess what 15 mins later it's still signing out
So whose smart idea was it to have this app used within the company? It crashes when you try to upload a picture. Log in every time with a verification code. There is this feed of nonsense. I saw the other reviews. Check the rota. Panic over signing out. You will get timed out if you haven't entered the verification code quick enough. Use another app or leave the app idle then it will log you out.
Has two different "Time & Attendance" locations. Both are worthless. Has a "time off" section but can't request time off through it. This version of the app is even more useless than the last version and this is the one they push on you. Complete trash. Not worth anyone's time. I don't know why companies even use this garbage. Even their website is not intuitive and a pain to navigate through. If your company wants to switch to this, make sure they know it's not going to be a good time.
The one feature in the app that half the time doesn't load when I need it to is the most crucial one - the clock in screen! On too many occasions, it just will not load. I've checked if the app needs to update, I'll close out of it entirely and open a fresh instance of the app and it just won't load the clock in screen! I'll let it load for a few minutes, which if your trying to clock in, those few minutes can be the difference between you on time and now you're being written up.
I wish I could give it zero stars. Our company decided to go with this, and after the initial launch was set back twice, they released it prematurely, and nothing works. Most people still can't log in even though it's been released to our company for 3 or 4 biweekly pay periods. The pay breakdown is overly detailed and formatted in a way that causes more confusion than anything else. The occurrence system is inaccurate, and still can't take vacation days through the app or website. Total Garbage
Since the last update (im assuming) the app won't work at all, every time I open it, it tells me I need to sign in with my username and password one time- more like I do it, confirm with a one time code, and that it sits there loading for 10 min before closing out. It looks like you'll be able to click on 'pay' (or any tab) and it'll work... until it doesn't and just "loads". I would LOVE if someone would fix this 👍🏼 worked fine before the update
I cannot log in. I tap the sign in button, my browser opens, and I get an error message that says "the XML file doesn't have any style information associated with it. the document tree is shown below. the specified key does not exist " Absolutely unacceptable, people's jobs are at stake. There's no way I can make a time off request, swap shifts, or do ANYTHING else that we have to do through this broken application. Do better.
This app has so many problems. It's picky for sign ins, if you don't use biometric it's a headache to just log in, there is no simple clock in out widget. Come on, PAYCOM has this, you have no excuse. I do not need to verify my account 10 times a day. Once a month or two months should be it. Hard to find things, and sometimes punches do not take. I regret my company choosing this over what we had and what was working perfectly fine. Ugh.
I'm really getting agitated with this ap! It was a hassle to set up the first time.Finally got it all set up and set myself up to log in with FINGERPRINT ..& AGAIN... there was an update, AGAIN, a pop-up telling me that I have to log in my credentials. "Sorry for the inconvenience!" it tells me. well, let me tell you about the inconvenience....I went to my password book because I wrote it all down, & now it pops up in red that it does not recognize my credentials. I need to get into my account.
good app overall, but the schedule is difficult to do. When creating or making changes to your schedule, it won't show you in calendar view and doesnt even show you the day youre choosing. You essentially have to guess and count the days from the top of that schedule period. I still do it cause I have to, but it is unnecessarily confusing and tedious. We should be able to have the calendar view or at least see the dates we're choosing as we're choosing them.
This app already wasn't the best, but since this last update? I might as well not even have it! Keeps asking me to sign in (it's been set to fingerprint for 2 years- only needed to sign in manually like twice until now), then when I do sign in, it says it wont load the main screen. I cannot request time off, I cannot view my pay, literally cant do anything anything except see how many hours I've worked this pay period. This is for people's jobs, do better!
Buggy app. If I'm late, this app is usually the reason. Takes forever to load anything, and whenever the fingerprint doesn't register, instead of just letting me log in with my PIN, it makes me enter my login information manually AND request an authentication code, as though I have all the time in the world for that when I'm trying to clock back in from a break..... So annoying.
