Been using UKG Ready for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that connects you to all your HR, payroll, and time management stuff. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing. Here’s what you do – you can clock in and out, check your pay, request time off, all that. And there’s also some manager features like adjusting schedules and approving requests. Took me a while to figure some of it out but it’s actually pretty useful once you get the hang of it. Look, if you need an all-in-one work app, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can be a little buggy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my take on UKG Ready. I've tried out a bunch of HR and workforce management apps, and this one's pretty solid overall. The range of features is impressive - you can do all your essential work stuff like timesheets, time off, schedules, all that. The app is generally pretty easy to use, though it did take me a bit to figure some things out. Not gonna lie, there's a few annoying bugs and hiccups here and there. But hey, for a free app it gets the job done. If you need a one-stop-shop for your work admin, this is worth a look.
Pros
- Tons of useful HR and workforce features in one app
- Works well on the go - clock in, check pay, request time off easily
- Free to use, don't have to pay for the basics
- Solid for managers to handle schedules and approvals
- Looks good and runs smoothly on my older phone
Cons
- Can be a little buggy and glitchy at times
- Takes a while to get used to all the different features
- Ads can be annoying if you don't pay for the premium version
- Doesn't have every single HR/workforce feature you might need

I despise this system. As an itientant, it is cumbersome. The time clocks do NOT recognize my face, I am constantly being "unidentified" as well as having to retry 2-3...
When it works it's not bad. Always asks for 2 factor authentication even when you tell it not to. Which only works with text not email. Which is especially annoying...
It never works unless it's on wifi. The whole point of having the app is to avoid going into the office to clock in, right? But no. Every single day...
