So here's my honest take on Visual Voicemail. I've tested a bunch of productivity and business apps and this one's pretty solid. The core features work really well - it's super convenient to manage your voicemail without actually calling in. The Voicemail to Text is a game-changer too. On the downside, the free version has some annoying ads, and the interface can be a little clunky at times. But for what it does, I'd say it's better than most of the competition.

Pros

  • Tons of useful features like one-tap replies and Voicemail to Text
  • Free to use, don't have to pay to access the main functionality
  • Looks good and runs smoothly, even on older phones
  • Integrates well with your existing MetroPCS voicemail

Cons

  • Ads can be annoying if you don't pay for the premium version
  • Interface is a bit outdated and not the most intuitive
  • Transcription quality isn't perfect, some mistakes here and there

Description

Been using Visual Voicemail for a couple months now. It’s basically a voicemail app that lets you listen to messages, respond, and manage your inbox without actually calling your voicemail. Pretty solid app if you’re into productivity and business stuff.

Here’s what you do: you can see all your messages in one place, play them in any order, and even reply with a quick tap. There’s also this Voicemail to Text feature which is pretty cool – it transcribes the messages so you can read them instead of listening. And the Unread Messages widget is useful too, lets you see if you have any new voicemails without even opening the app.

Look, if you get a lot of voicemails for work or business, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

Playback is horrible. And generally when I'd delete messages in the visual voicemail app, they'd still be on the cloud and I'd have to delete them again. Today when I...

Used to be great. For the past year it says it can't retrieve my voicemail, I don't get notifications, it never has the text. Basically it just sits taking up...
