So here's my honest take on Wallpo: 3D live wallpaper. I've tested a bunch of live wallpaper apps and this one's definitely one of the better ones. The 3D graphics look incredible and it's cool how you can customize each wallpaper to your liking. In my experience, it's pretty stable and doesn't lag on my older phone either. The only downsides are the occasional ads and the fact that some of the cooler wallpapers are locked behind a paywall.
