Description

Been using Washington Post: Live News for a couple months now. It’s basically a news app that keeps you informed with live coverage from The Post’s journalists. Pretty solid if you’re into staying up-to-date on current events.

Here’s what you can do – there’s a 24/7 news feed with all the latest stories. And they’ve got this thing called The 7 which is a quick morning rundown of the top news. And you can also customize your alerts to get breaking news right away. Oh, and you can listen to podcasts and audio articles if you’re on the go.

Look, if you’re a news junkie, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – can get a little overwhelming with all the content sometimes – but overall it does a good job of keeping you informed. Worth checking out if you want an easy way to stay up-to-date.

Editor Opinion

So here's my honest take on Washington Post: Live News. I've tested a bunch of news apps and this one's up there with the best. The 24/7 coverage is great for staying on top of breaking stories, and the custom alerts make sure you don't miss anything important. The audio and podcast features are a nice bonus too. On the downside, the app can feel a bit cluttered at times with all the different content sections. And some of the graphics and AR features can be a bit gimmicky. But overall, it's a pretty solid news app that I'd recommend, especially if you're a Post subscriber.
