“Fallout's underground universe”
Cons: Russian interface. It is not possible to send whole groups to the wastelands, but only one person at a time.
Pros: No network connection required. Nice graphics and controls.
Review: Fallout Shelter is a good old fashioned simulator, with a fairly interesting plot.
