Description

Been playing 99 Nights in the Forest for a couple months now. It’s basically a survival horror game where you’ve gotta stay alive in a creepy forest for 99 nights. There’s this monster deer that hunts you in the dark, so you’ve gotta keep a fire going to keep it away. Not gonna lie, it’s pretty tense and atmospheric.

Here’s what you do: you’ve gotta gather resources like wood to keep your campfire burning. And there’s also crafting and exploration – you can find supplies and hidden paths in the forest. And the longer you survive, the more dangerous it gets. The deer gets more aggressive and the nights grow colder.

Look, if you’re into survival games or just want a unique challenge, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades take forever and it can get a little repetitive after a while. But overall it’s a solid game that’s worth checking out, especially if you like the whole creepy forest monster vibe.

Editor Opinion

So here's my honest take on 99 Nights in the Forest. I've tested a bunch of survival games and this one's pretty solid. The whole concept of a murderous deer stalking you in the dark is super cool and really ramps up the tension. The graphics and audio do a great job of creating that eerie, atmospheric feel.

The gameplay loop of gathering resources and managing your campfire is simple but addictive. And the progression system, with all the different upgrades and items to unlock, gives you a nice sense of progression. But I will say, the upgrades take forever at higher levels, and the game can get a little repetitive after a while. The ads can also be annoying if you don't pay.

Overall though, I'd say it's a pretty good survival game, especially if you're looking for something a bit different from the usual zombie/horror themes. The monster deer twist is super unique and really makes it stand out.
