I’ve been playing Bad End Theater for a couple months now. It’s basically a visual novel game where you play as different protagonists and try to find a way to survive a bunch of terrible fates. Pretty wild, right?
Here’s what you do: you make choices that affect the story, and those choices carry over to the other characters. There’s also a neat system where you can toggle certain behaviors to open up new paths. And the art is super detailed – 600 illustrations, which is a lot for this type of game.
Look, if you’re into choose-your-own-adventure games with a dark twist, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – can get a bit repetitive after a while – but overall it’s a solid puzzle game that’ll keep you hooked.
